Fear agents oOoOO undecided

The worse agents are the less educated ones, you will lose your sense dealing with them.

Hi here. Please someone wants to send me an invitation letter and supporting documents to visit Canada for 6 months

My intention is to remain or japa through that route. I'd like to know how I can achieve this. Any advise, or suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you!

Six months is too much for a visit. Apply a maximum of 1 month stay (depending on the amount of funds in your sponso’rs and your personal account). Nobody will grant you visa to visit for Six months on a Visit/tourism visa.

Does the person sending you invitation and documents, know you plan to japa?

If the person knows your plans, he or she should be in a position to advice you on japa.

Please can someone shed more lights on this reason for refusal as the person that was refused as sufficient money in his bank acount. He has 40M in his bank account, he use his own personal company account - Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).

Please your contribution is needed on this. Thanks very much

He used his own personal company account, did he add his own personal savings account to the application ?

Who is sponsoring the trip? Company or personal trip? I think all these should be addressed in the SOP. I can own a company but I am sponsoring myself personally 🤷.
if the company , the secretary should write the introduction/sponsorship letter addressed to IRCC.

He should have added his funded personal savings account too.., and N4M is too small

If it's personal sponsorship, 4M is too small

Order the GCMS note and see what the visa officer stated because sometimes you will be surprised to see the officer's concerns could be different from this generic reasons.
