Dam5reey: And you believed them?
Redmi Flagship will always be a Redmi, value for money.
MI flagship is the real flagship... According to someone here, that can not use Redmi devices, he prefer the Mi series. I've always suspected Mi 9 have a thing over K20 pro

Why is K20 Pro having a lower Antutu benchmark than Mi 9. Some where saying K20 Pro was going to have a very high rating.

nurez305: Got my MI 9 today and my experience with it so far has been great . Beautiful phone, great design , Excellent battery. Forget about what people tell you about battery,. I have been using it since morning and the battery is still above 60 percent, don't know what people want after that.
I'm 100 percent satisfied with this phone. Welcome to the fold bro. Honestly, the fuse about the battery is uncalled for, some people just see the mAh size and conclude it's not good, not realising that a lot of things are considered e.g level of optimization, screen size etc Mi 9 hasn't got 95hrs GSM arena endurance rating for nothing. Enjoy ya beast |

Tiger2020: Mi9 or k20 pr0 Redmi K20 Pro: • Motorized selfie camera hence notch-less display • 256GB storage model • FM Radio • 3.5mm audio port • Larger battery Xiaomi Mi 9: • Newer Gorilla Glass version • Higher telephoto and ultrawide camera resolution with wider apertures • IR blaster • Wireless charging support • Already has a global version Both use in-display fingerprint scanners which makes the whole device look more seamless. However, the Mi 9 uses the newer Gorilla Glass 6, the Gorilla Glass 5 on the K20 Pro is also tough. |

Diegobonito: I posted this yesterday with pictures and Everybody looked the other way, if it's to praise this device to high heavens now you will see 200 likes. They'll say, yeah, it's better than Samsung S10. Xiaomi rocks bla bla bla, Value for money etc. But here is the revered device having an Issue and the so called people marketing this device will not see it now. Thunder Fire anybody that Cajoled me to get this device. It shall never be well with you and your family. Also all those that see no faults in Xiaomi devices, it shall never be well with you. Lolz. This certainly is the drama for this Saturday. |

genius43: Oppo are expensive too. The Oppo F11 pro is been sold at N135000 in Nigeria now imagine how much their flagships costs. Yes, most annoying thing is that it comes with MTK processor. Their flagship with SD855, I think Oppo reno 10x or something is almost 1000$ |

PhenomenalMorgan: Yes, he would, both Gearbest and AlieExpress sell for $400 which is 150k... Except you factor in Shipping costs... Maybe the 6/64GB variant. Can't even find Mi 9 on AliExpress at the moment. |
Phones › Re: I Need A Good Android Phone-150k Budget. by dafuturis(m): 11:51pm On Jun 30, 2019 |
PhenomenalMorgan: Xiaomi Mi 9 is the overall best device for that price... Snapdragon 855, Triple Cameras, Wireless Charging, Amoled display... Etc... But if you want the absolutely best camera... Google Pixel 2xl... Huawei Nova 5 is also a good option... I seriously doubt he'll get a Mi 9 at that price. |

yungsmart: pls how is the battery life of your mi 9 (SOT).and how is life without an headphone jack. The battery is pretty good. A full charge last me a day and half, even more. I leave home in the morning with a full charge and return with 30-60% depending on usage. I don't play games, I'm a heavy internet user. I do majorly internet surfing, chatting, calls and video calls, reading and working on excel, so most times I have my phone screen on. The battery rating on GSM arena is slightly not accurate, with my experience so far a 95hrs endurance rating should give me a two days or more usage. I think battery drains faster with gaming according to most opinions I've read. A 4000mAh or even 3700mAh would have been dope. Personally the phone provides me just the battery power I need, it charges very fast, it is very well optimised which compensate for the small 3300mAh not seen with recent flagships. The 3.5mm-USB cord help me forget the headphone jack. Phone has a fifth generation Bluetooth which provides high audio output quality with wireless earphones, which is the target of the industry to completely remove the jack. What I did was to permanently attach the cord to my earpiece, problem solved. I'm presently searching for a good wireless earphone to completely eradicate wired earphone. From several reviews and comparisons Airpod by Apple trumps others by sound quality and all., But just too expensive for the now |

genius43: Mi 9T pro and K20 pro are the same device for different markets. And according to reports the 8Gb ram version gets up to 388k on Antutu I know they are same device. The Chinese version are always cheaper for a reason. About the reports, we can only wait for antutu official rating of the device. |

Phones › Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by dafuturis(m): 6:18pm On Jun 29, 2019 |
genius43: K20PRO might surpass both of them when antutu releases their next benchmark.
Note all these phones use their highest specs to achieve those score. The OnePlus 7 pro you see there is the 12Gb Ram version Yes, it is also same for all device, their variant with the highest RAM size is used. I have 6/128 of the Mi9 yet got that test score with my installed antutu app. I don't think so for k20 pro, maybe Mi9T pro still have my doubts tho. because the Mi series seems to be the most premium series from xaomi, I stand corrected tho. |

drjprince: In Eric's voice Its all about that cpu Well, the only phone that rank above my Mi9 is OnePlus 7 pro. Mi9 is a beast. If you're thinking flagship think Mi9 First photo is from my installed antutu benchmark app Second photo is from GSM arena

fantilopezzy: bro your confusing your self mi 9 is different from mi9se and k20 is mi9t and it also has a pro version with sd855 all of them have fast charging but i think the mi9 and k20pro has 27w fast charging while the other 2 just has 18w which is still fast get the mi9T if your budget is 320-290$ or rather go for the pro which is around 360$ upwards but if u really value camera then u should consider mi9 as the mi9T/k20 and k20pro falls behind in this aspect but not too behind Should be in Euros with those figures |

genius43: You Don't have to root to change your font on a Xiaomi device with MIUI, normally you have to change your location for for you to see fonts on your theme app, but with this workaround you don't need to do that. Just go to your Theme app search any of these parameters Aafont, free or Moby fonts. Choose any one download and apply Wow! Just did this and it worked perfectly. See my new font.. Thanks bro

But other pics I took where okay I tweaked the settings a little though Add GCam on it and you are good to go. Can I install gcam on mi9? if yes can it be installed without rooting the phone. I'm new on this thread . Thank you as I anticipate your response |

genius43: Global Version is the best for you(Reason, More LTE bands), that's what you will get here in Nigeria officially anyway.
Face unlock is available for Redmi 7/Note 7 users in Nigeria once you update the ROM that comes with the Phone.
It is only font that usually you need to change your region but there is workaround for that. I use a font and my region is still Nigeria. Pls what is this workaround. I would love to change the font of my mi9 without rooting the device. Thank you |
