you cant force marriage... and 4 ur guy he did not use condom dat am very sure of, he might not b d father of d child, and d case against him is not a paternity case, it a criminal case, let him get a gud lawyer that can prove that d gal is not a minor and that he d guy never had sex with her, the case b4 d court is not d case of d pregnancy, but a criminal case, so d issue of marriage cannot even set in, and he has every right to refuse paternity test, d court will not force him and cannot prove he had sex with d gal, is his word against hers, so d verdict will be in his favour. and d case can last as long as 10yrs , d court will definitely advice 4 out of court settlement

With time all wonds heal, i happen to find my self in a similar case, but mine was worst because i spent 10days in prison, truely i bleep d gal, who at dat time just finish secondary school waiting 4 her result, she also had a younger sister who was preparing her 4 her ssce n this gal i bleep unkown to me had a baby b4, but d child died, so it not her first experience, and d perent claim d gal is a minor (14yrs) fortunately 4 me i had a gud lawyer, who could prove beyond reasonable doubt that she wasnt a minor, to cut long story short, i want to let u know that i am glad i had that experience. .prior to dis case i have never been in a cell not to talk oF prison... with time all hurt heals . I am a beta person now, In prison one robber ask me say if to say na aids i get onkor? Wetin i go do? And that got me thinking. After test d baby wasnt mine.
