The evil in this world and Satan's hatred for man did not start today oo.

Long before God created man, in eternity past in heaven, God created angels. These angels have government and hierarchies, the highest being the Cherubim. Lucifer was a Cherub, he was the custodian of God's Holiness. He rules over other angels to make sure they keep God's law. He walks back and forth through the fiery stones in the Garden of God.

One day pride came into him, cos he thought in his mind that if he can do something that will make God to compromise, then he will take over God's throne.

For the records, God's throne is established in Righteousness and Justice. This means that God cannot compromise either His Righteousness or Justice in any situation, else His throne won't stand. In the case of fallen man, it means that God cannot just overlook our sin just like that and make us righteous without paying the price ( i. e His Justice, cos He needs to punish sin ). While showing us love by giving us His gift of Righteousness, a price needs to be paid, so we can get His Righteousness. That was why Jesus Christ died.

So Lucifer knew all these and thought if he can make God to compromise either His Righteousness or Justice, then God's throne will be his ( Lucifer's). He convinced one-third of the angels but thank God that two-third are still with us.

Eventually, Lucifer and his angels were cast out of heaven and they landed on earth. Then after a long period of time, God created man in the newly replenished earth. Satan saw the highest form of love God has for man and he became jealous. He also saw his opportunity of making God to compromise the foundation of His throne, so he can take over God's throne once again ( what foolishness!!) He deceived man, man fell and sin & evil came into the world. Satan became happy and now relaxed to see how God is going to save man ( by giving us His Righteousness) without compromising His justice. But God disgraced him on the Cross of Calvary where Jesus Christ paid the full penalty for our sins ( past, present and future) and redeemed us with His precious blood. Here, God's Righteousness and Justice have been perfectly satisfied on the body of Jesus!! Hallelujah!!

Since then, Satan's anger has been transferred to Believers in Christ and man has been caught up in a war that started in eternity past. Satan is powerless to Christians who know who they are in Christ but Christians who are ignorant or entertain fear, thinking the devil is still powerful, he manipulates their life.

Satan still thinks he will take over God's throne. He knew his time is very short and he knew he has been condemned to the Lake of Fire ( and he lives in terror of the place). He will still fight God at the Battle of Armageddon at mount of olive in Israel at the second coming of Christ and also at the end of the Millennium but he will be shamelessly defeated!! Jesus Christ is Lord...

Next time let people know that this story belong to a genre known as fiction.

These verses just prove my point. If Jesus cannot protect himself and has to rely on his deciples and their arms for protection accordingto the story then why should any body rely on him for protection in the first place?

2. The are millions of missionaries being sent to different parts of the world . Do all these missionaries go with security personnel to protect them when they go to villages and very uncivilized parts of the world ? Most of them go with their families and live among dangerous tribes in the places with very dangerous terrains, unfamiliar and harsh environments

Missionaries go to places that are NOT dangerous unprotected. They don't visit dangerous places unprotected at all. If missionaries are to travel to places like maiduguri, a Boko Haram stronghold they will not go there unprotected at all. Missionaries do not even go to dangerousplaces where they know that they are not wanted and will be killed, places like North Korea or Saudi Arabia. They can visit the jungles of Brazil or Peru after studying the local tribes and knowing that the people will NOT harm them before going. I've watched alot of such documentaries on CBN back in the days.

3. The deists believe that God does not intervene in the universe or the affairs of men . So don't expect any form of protection from God since according to them , God is not immanent .

4. God has morally sufficient reasons why He lets evil happen to even His own people - this does not in away prove that He does not protect His own people . There are millions of testimonies of God's protection by millions of people all over the world . What about them ? Why do you overlook them ? What are your God's morally sufficient reasons for allowing Boko Haram to attack a church and burn down people that came to worship your God inside the church while the people were wailing, crying and calling unto him for help? Tell me 2 of the morally sufficient reasons for him allowing that to happen assuming he exist and is all powerful as alleged.

2. What are they millions of testimonies of people all over the world? It is a lie, what you need to tell me is that millions of people believe that their God protects them but that remains only a belief, if we are to test that belief it will always fail. If a crazy lunatic or a terrorist carries a gun and attacks any church in the world that is filled with unarmed people he will kill many of them. Their prayers and cries will NOT stop the terrorist or the lunatic from killing them. Tell me of any major incident where christians were gathered and came under attack and they used prayers or God alone to dispel the attack. Just name a single incident where such ever occurred.

The above are 4 logical reasons why your argument is poor , untenable , specious , idiotic and beyond ridiculous . Go and enjoy your day or start thinking and making reasonable arguments that are worth paying attention to!
