Food / Re: Secret To Cooking Nigerian Party Jollof Rice by dalifa(f): 3:50pm On Jul 26, 2020
pocohantas:

Pic 1: Tomatoes after it has fried properly. Can you see the difference? Not frying your tomatoes well is what makes you have that “slap” taste. cheesy
Pic 2: Water level for cooking.
Pic 3: Rice after absorbing stock.
Pic 4: Covering with foil.

Thank you so much Pocahontas!!! I followed all the steps judiciously and I must say I just made the best jollof rice I have made in my entire life. grin The little things, like water level, heat intensity, time of ginger and correction of seasoning, foil etc, made all the difference. Everything was just right! Everyone had second helpings. Thank you again! I'll be following your posts

Health / Re: Help On Omron BP Machine by dalifa(f): 10:11pm On Sep 15, 2015
The 1 and 2 refers to different users. The machine can store info for 2 users. So if user 1 (for instance) your brother wants to use the machine, he sets the machine on 1 so that all his values are recorded in one place. The same for when another person wants to use it

I think this girl is just being childish. Zahra,Can't you just admit your mistake and get on with it? Are you not human? Don't you make mistakes? Instead of admitting you made a mistake, you are saying PDP hacked your account. You think that if someone wanted to embarrass you and they went through the trouble of hacking your account, they would only delete 'u' from a word? You have got to be kidding me!!! By the way, who closed your account? PDP?

I was proud of him when he rang the bell, jittery when I heard he was going to be interviewed. But he did well, could have been better, but he tried considering the fact that the interview wasn't rehearsed.

Crime / Re: Nigerian Drug Dealer Escapes From Malaysian Prison by dalifa(f): 11:08pm On Aug 27, 2013
360command: From an investigator point of view, the fugitive would want to leave the tiger nations territory and any friend of the tiger nations including China.
The fugitive would want to contact his brothers, sisters and friends who can support him leave the country. Its good thing for the fugitive to have left malaysia as the country is small for him to hide. On the other hand, Thailand is big when compared to malaysia and he can contact 1 or 2 friends for support. But not withstanding, the fugitive cannot fly out of thailand as he is still in a wanted zone. Going to Laos, burma, China ,Cambodia is out of the way. If the fugitive can reach Vietnam,he is still not safe as the police there are the worst of the worst. Going to Philippines would do the fugitive good , as he is in a country where human right can be tolerated to some certain aspect. There he can proceed to the Nigerian embassy in Philippines and obtain a new passport by declaring his old passport missing but he would need to get clearance from filipino police. His name would be checked, no criminal record will be found. He gets is clearance, go to Nigerian embassy, he is given a new passport so as he can fly to Nigeria.
