I don't know about other professions, but certains companies and organization in some countries sponsor medical professionals like Nurses, Physiotherapists, Medical Laboratory Scientists etc. But they will sign a contact (2-3 years), and you must have passed some exams, and gotten some licenses and certifications applicable in those countries.

Hospitals and Recruitment agencies in the USA do it for those professions I mentioned. Yes, they recruit these medics directly from Nigeria.
