Did you meant issues that has to do with burnt mosfet, capacitors and quack installations? In fact, all issues brought forward to me are handled professionally and referred to factory engineers for support. Those who can’t do firmware updates are advised to return to service center for necessary solutions!

This Main reason I stopped using charge controllers altogether, it's not efficient.

If you have a 120A charge controller, you have no choice but to set it to maximum because the maximum determines what you will get from panels to charge and power your loads.

If you limit the charge controller to 20A, that is all you will get to power your load and charge it.

Hence I swear by Hybrid, where Charging current can be set, and still power load at the same time.

Yes, boss. I recommended that the Charge controller be 120A so that you could get maximum power from the panels.

You don't need a Hybrid as you already have a working system.

13.8V is too close to your battery voltage. It will take time to fully charge, but it will make your batteries last long.
increase to 14V ~ 14.2V, you need around 1V difference for optimal charging.
51.2V system has an advantage where you can set 3.45V per cell and still charge well because it's 16s.

It's expensive, as most don't need it. I have one extra for sale at Ali Express price anyway. It's 100A sha.
