Betnomore: I appreciate your words but first of all assuming I'm one young lad sounds disrespectful. That's just the way I see it, you might not mean it that way. I be family man with 3 kids. You failed to address when @f.u**kboy said he would even block me if he was the one I sent a message. I said earlier in my previous post that I don't want to talk about the matter that it could just be clash of egos but @f.u**kboy out of nowhere just assumed that I'm in the wrong. I asked how will I get the inverter in ikorodu and the guy said rider will bring it which I didn't object to. And I asked him is it pay on delivery or escrow. Next thing, d guy just said I should come down to Alaba to pick it up. Worse worse, he would have said bro I don't do pay on delivery and if I get enough people to vouch for him here, I can decide to proceed. How am I in the wrong for asking for a secure method to safeguard my money to complete the transaction. I have attached our chat so that there won't be any misunderstanding Na why I look away from the Group most times. You never post all the Jamb questions and recommendations and the free consultation and professional advice I spent time explaining. You seek free advice, I sent you original pictures and specifications, you took the picture and started looking for where its cheaper. And used to Payment on delivery as excuse, we understand tone and genuine buyers during conversations and can distinguish between rippers.. You bought from those who has no technical knowledge to offer, you actually got what you paid for. In the end community will assist you anyways. You were not my client so move on abeg. |

bassdow: you already used a clause there "Good Complete" but that's not all, if you buy Bi-Facial solar panel and install it wrongly, then you just using Bi-Facial panel BUT would get be getting Single faced performance all things equal. What lot of people who use Bi-Facial solar panels don't know all they doing is beautifying their roofs, that's apart from the added weight. They need not even use extra fuses or thicker cables sef because said Solar panels wouldn't utilize the other portion which best scenario is only about 5 to 20% to begin with. Mind you, sellers also would make you believe both sides gives same reading hence even if you mount it like normal solar panel and one side breaks, you could always turn the other side.
If they had just advertised or made a suggestion and listed both it's strong and weak points, I for no even stress myself BUT they come, praise what benefits them, then trash talk everything else I am not looking for the 30% gain, I am only interested in the better technology in the Bifacial.. 590w Bifacial can give 590w plus some gains. Its extra and it does not add any cost on initial puchase. |

Na why we dey Test oo, I tested panels with Amazing results, many came and said I was making things up, I doctored my numbers. They are pushing narrative of NOCT rating, just like 80% DOD on battery But for the Bifacial thing, Good complete Bifacial panel is way better than mono in performance. I will be testing Jinko 590w Mono Vs ZN shine 590 Bifacial in a real word scenario. Side by side on the roof. |

These are not real prices. But if you can see this without me getting banned, it means you can post prices but put the k a space after the numbers. Bots obey commands and if you use what isn't included in their command they can't see you.
True fact is that you are losing customers by making them make extra efforts to get prices.
Except there's a nairaland admin among us here. This thing you did now, na only you if i post same it will be deleted. |

mctfopt: Chinese lithium battery market is crazy.
Loads of shady deals going on there.
If you have a good supplier hold am tight.
The rabbit hole is sure very deep.
My guy bought 250 pieces of 100AH supposedly new cells. Cells arrive and it's used cells with a new cell wrap. Supplier is saying they are not aware. Case still ongoing.
DIY is still king. Can't have it any other way. Incomplete story! How much did he buy the cells cause 100ah are not cheap! Share pictures if possible. Cause when we buy the Seller send Pictures and videos even before they ship! Or was it a case of they sent different battery from what they showed him? |

dollarnaira: Check this thread from onset. There are several new users now. Main happening guys are gone. Its still DIY, but you mean Lithium batteries, cause no one was doing DIY solar panels or inverters. DIY battery is now expensive compared to ready made. |

Compliant: I once requested information on this thread on the best inverter AC to buy and after reading comments, I decided to go for LG 1 HP inverter Ac with Gen Mode from fouani for N559,000
It was installed few days ago and the installer set it to Gen Mode 0.8 and to my surprise the whole power it was pulling is between 280w to 320w Raining season and Gen mode is a bae, its actually 0.6 that consume this low wattage. |

easyyoke: They have sold thousands of units does not negate the fact that Sako inverter is a poorly designed inverter. Why should an inverter fan be spinning that loud 24hours even with just 30w load. Why should an inverter be called 2Kva when it cannot carry more than 1200w. It is cheap, hence it will sell. Thousands of people no get issues. The Fan noise no loud reach an industrial fan noise yet people over react to the inverter fan noise. If you check this Thread you will even think say Deye am 2 no good as well, someone here has been experiencing issues with even DEYE SUN-6KW AM2 inverter, can you now say DEYE is also bad, we have thousands running fine. |

easyyoke: I hope this installation is for yourself and not for a client sha, cos when this inverter wahala starts, omo!
1. This nonsense inverter is extremely loud whether my load is 10W or 1000w. It is screaming in my ear all day. Very terrible extremely loud fans. 2. I got the 2kva own, once my load passes 1300w, the baba goes off immediately. Even at 0.8power coefficient, it should be able to power loads up to 1600w. I am wondering why they called it 2kva when it clearly cannot handle more than 1300w load 3. All of a sudden it doesn’t charge my battery more than 15A. I have done all the necessary settings. It seem to be misreading my battery voltage. Only when my battery is extremely low that it starts charging. Once my battery don reach 30% like this, it believes the battery is full and stops charging. Thank God I am only using it as a backup. Sako batteries are said to be good, but you see this their inverters, you are on your own If you have an idea of how many units that version has sold in Nigeria that few weeks ago there was no stock, be it sms, sako, sunfied, PowMr, you wont say this. Its only issues we post and see here. Thousands are enjoying their systems with no issues. |

Mrreed: I stand to be corrected but a100a cc controller already tells you that you won't get beyond 2700w at any point in time even if your PV is up to 4000w. It is 4000w Load + charging (2900w* LFP) A typical example is Growatts 6000 ES plus 8000w but capped at 100A which is 5800w charging.. however we maxed out the 8000w because there was load and Charging. |
