Simply go to settings, then under PERSONAL, click on LANGUAGE & INPUT. You will see the keyboards installed. Click on the settings button in front of the one that is active. And you will find all you need.

Alamation: I iust got the best way to do that. I actually downloaded like two apps including the one u recommended. but deleted them just now. the best way to crop the bbp prof pix is by touching the line edges. I solved my p mesef

there are some times you will want to use a rectangular pix as dp but wont want to crop any part of it away, that is the essence of the apps

Alamation: all the pix I'm trying to use as bbm dp is not fitting in cos of the small crop square box of this phone. what can I do to my iZero to make the pix fuller

Call me marketer/promoter or whatever .. i am not misleading anyone as much as you haters are. the picture you have painted concerning this device is just horrible and not cool. the device is not as bad as you all have painted. infact, for the price, i wouldnt say it is bad at all. Fragile and slippery, yes. Poor battery, maybe but that is entirely subjective. sometimes it last 5 hours and other times it lasts much longer. if you want a phone to be used under heavy usage or a serious gamer like you highlighted, then dont buy infinix ZERO.

I have updated my OS version. YES!!! The gestures are working perfectly. to those who think it is not working, you have to go to settings to enable it.
It is called wake gesture. so when the screen is off, instead of pressing the unlock button, all you need to do is draw whichever gersture you want and the application will open. for example, if you swipe down, it will open the PHONE app so you can make a call faster. i set drawing C to open the camera app. you can have as many as about 10 gestures. (i didnt count.)

now this is another plus. The OTA update is probably the best thing about this device so far when compared to most other android devices.

Go update yours and enjoy.
oh.. and i am talking about the INFINIX ZERO phone. Kitkat gives the best android experience ever after using Gingerbread, honey comb and jelly bean. Cant wait for Android L. tHANK GOD this phone c

ABI OOOO!! i wonder where all these stories re coming from. they have succeeded in convincing people not to buy the device. The truth is, if you have not held the phone and used it even for a few seconds, you would not know how it feels to have one.

i know more than 10 people around me here who have bought the phone and have been using it for over 3 weeks. it is only the one that i ordered for a friend last week that had issues.. and that's just the sim slot. the phone has been returned to konga for replacements.

No reports of scratching or breaking or even terrible battery. in fact they are all encouraging others to buy it. at the moment, 4 people are waiting for the gold version to be out again so they can place their orders. i have suddenly become an "infinix agent" because i am always on the konga site waiting for the phones to be available so they can place their orders.

my advice to the neutral people is you cant trust what you read on nairaland anymore. Find someone who uses it in real life and ask about his experience. all i can see here are tecno specialists and fans plus gionee sales consultants. now they have started ridiculing innjooo too.

if you say you are running away from ZERO but you cant afford a more expensive phone, it is very likely that you will still suffer from what you are running from. Like i said earlier, every device has its flaws. Zero's flaws can be managed effectively plus there is a customer service in most places across the country. Where will you take your Gionee and innjoo when it develops a fault? Road-side mechanics.

Be wise. Save your money for a much more trusted and overpriced device or hop in. it is your choice.

And to those still complaining about battery, have you gone to disable your wifi scanning??

The screen got cracked and it won't respond to touch anymore. Is it possible to get it fixed at Carlcare, and does my Warranty cover the damage? I need honest opinions... Cos my cool day was soiled with this Infinix Lies and wickedness. I've had my Galaxy Core Dall from farther distance without as much as a scratch. Help Guys

wow! i feel your pain. so sorry about that. i noticed the phone is very fragile. we just have to be very careful in handling it. My Infinix Alpha has dropped severally, face down so many times, still no scratch. i expected the Zero to be the same but immediately i handled it i knew it wont survive much stress.
Yes, carlcare can fix it but i doubt if the warranty covers it. Good luck

This are my own objections about the phone.:
1. A phone with an octacore cpu can't run v. Well with a low capacity battery like your infinix zero cos u need at least 4500mah for u to enjoy the phone, because what sucks the battery most is the cpu talk less of cell standby
2. The phone doesn't come with a gorilla glass rather a chicken glass
3. Love the phone specs but with this everyday complaints from people and u don turn to carlcare best friends. That's B S
4. If u want to buy a phone go for a correct product, I rep Samsung Galaxy s3, I rest my case.

I agree with you. but one question though.. how many people can afford a brand new Samsung galaxy s3?
thats the issue here. this phone was not produced for people who use big phones already. it was released at such a ridiculous price so everyone can have a feel of what a real and powerful android phone is like. The issues it is having can only be seen as a complication or side effect.
i used galaxy s2 when it came out long ago and people were referring to it as a TAB then cos they didnt know what it is. then i got the s3 about 2 years ago and within 30 mins, it fell and the screen cracked immediately. a phone that cost me 85 grand. just imagine how you would feel. so, you should know that no device is perfect. Even the newly released iphone6+ bends when pressure is applied on it. but no one is calling it crap or a lousy phone because of the brand.... except haters ofcourse.

Everything is a risk. i bought this infinix cause of the specs(2gb RAM+OCTACORE) and price. How many devices out there provide such specs? i didnt expect a super battery so i wasnt disappointed.

People just want to EAT their cakes and HAVE it. smh
