Hi house, I’m in the process of applying for SOWP for my spouse but the SOWP application isn’t the issue. I want to get study permit for my 4 year old so he can school when he gets to Canada, people who applied for study permit for their kids please is it a must to get letter of acceptance from a school in Canada to apply for study permit?

Hi Guys, I’m currently working in Canada and have a valid work permit. I’m looking into getting SOWP for my spouse and study permit for my 4 year old and VV for my 1 year old. My questions are: will I get study permit for a 4 year old? Because some are saying study permit is only for 5 years and above and the second question is must I get his admission sorted and get a letter of admission before I can put in for study permit for him?

I’m super new here but I need help regarding an issue. I just got TRV and will be going to Canada next month for work.

I’ve perused the thread and I know NOC matters when processing SOWP, I fall under NOC C and according to everything I have read here I can’t apply for an open work permit for my wife.

Please is there any other way I can go about it? I have 2 kids and I want my wife and kids to come and meet me not too long after I get there.
