Nice write up bro, trying to lose weight and live healthy too, noticed you mentioned something about counter productivity...for someone trying to lose weight going 6 days solid while leaving out Sunday is not a bad idea is it !!?!and you should add food tho, you are as good as what you eat, the kind of food one takes is as important if not more important to whatever cause you're trying to achieve.

Losing these young guys is sad no doubt, it'd be bad tho to label anyone the culprit without proper investigation which I sincerely hope the police do not botch.

Really commendable, we need to start seeing beyond creeds, religion, color of skin and any form of discrimination or segregation....We get lost amidst the anarchy caused by some nutjobs and psychos understandably so though and lose our ideals as humans albeit the inhumane society.....but let's love again...there are still good people in this country and way beyond spread the love,God is love.

The car is in box 1 from the left..The box saying the car is not in the first one could easily pass for the box 1 depending on the direction you choose to count from...It is not in box two which that states pretty clearly too
