This is the determination by the Court, The high Court in Rivers State under Justice S.O Benson today, dismissed the preliminary objections raised by Mr. Omieye O. Odum to challenge the Originating Summon raised by Members of the Odum Barboy House of Bakana against his recognition as Amadabo of Bakana.In dismissing the said objections of Locus Standi and Abuse of court processes, the Learned Judge impose a penalty of 50,000.00 naira only on Mr. Omieye O.Odum to be paid to the Claimants- Chief Israel Abili Barboy, Chief Okiye Evans will Braide plus five others representing the Odum Barboy House of Bakana. Further, the Learned Judge Ordered the Conversion of the Originating Summons to a writ of Summons Status, Considering according to him "the Contentious and Controversial " nature of the issue. Hearing is fixed for October 10, 2016.

Remember that our documents were ready upon how the commissioner makes it difficult before the overnight arrangement of payment of PDP members through RIMA and other microfinance banks.

From when we received our certicate to now if being paid the impact would have been noticed positively in the state in the midset of this nageative charge the APC has brought us in.
