Diet: omega fatty acids: fish like salmon, tuna, nuts of any kind. Food stuff that raise HDL (the good cholesterol).

Also limit white pasta, white bread, processed flour-y stuff. Limiting fat is easy, in fact, a lot of African/Nigerian foodstuff aren't really fatty (except for maybe if you eat lots of red meat or pork). It is the hidden fat in carbs that's hard to combat.

You may ask, how is that contributing to high fat. Well see, your body converts excess carbs (and even protein) into fat for storage-hence the fatty deposit. This is simple biochemistry/metabolic cycle.

Just wanted to use your question to "educate" a little. Sorry, didn't mean to go off tangent a bit.
