- I said it is definately a good school because the teacher is white. Dont blame me in our system, white people in Nigeria get "good jobs"
- which means she is well paid
- which means it is a good school that can afford to pay her.

I cannot be sure but that badge looks like that of British International school. Someone said that above as well.

I am not saying the white woman made the school great. I am saying a school that can afford her in Nigeria. Whether she is an immigrant or not is a good school. Are schools ready to pay teachers these days self?

And no. I am not one of those that things expatriate means white. It will be redundant to define it to you as well.
