Perhaps, How will I unlock the modem? Is it when I insert the Sim which I intend to use on the modem before the sim configuration or how. Help needed, a friend mistakenly restored my hp 530 laptop to factory defaults; i have lost all my user accounts and the files in my documents folder. Is there a way that i can recover such files cos i have a critical file that i didnt backup. Since the system restore i havent used the system neither hav i installed any software cos i hope to recover the file. Gurus in the house, how can i go about this?
