But the iphone was bought from an Apple store in UK and the shrink wrap was removed to check the phone status - locked or unlocked. Luckily it is factory unlocked. U can pick up a microsim from any MTN service centres in Lagos at a cost of N1,000 (price as at Feb, 2011) because the iphone only works with a microsim; it doesnt work with a regular sim card.

@gurusmag, i believe you are d same person dat i have been swappin txt messages with. Please come along with a micro-sim to test the unlock status of the phone before pickup. Tanx
