BusinessRe: Palmpay Seizes My ₦251K Over Fake ₦2,100 Fraud Claim – Is This Daylight Robbery? by dammy526:
shem4soul:
Nairalanders, I need your advice urgently.

I made the mistake of banking with PalmPay despite several warnings from people around me. Now, it has turned into my biggest financial regret.

They claimed my account was “fraudulent” because of a **₦2,100 payment for goods** that came in. Based on that, they froze my account containing **₦251,000** — my hard-earned business funds — and have been using it to run their business while giving me endless excuses.

I have submitted **all required documents**, including my **CAC certificate**, yet they have refused to release my money. Customer service keeps tossing me around without a concrete resolution.

If you think this is just my case, go to PalmPay’s **Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook** pages — the complaints are endless. Better still, visit their offices and see the long queues of frustrated customers having similar issue

Please, Nairalanders, has anyone here faced a similar situation and successfully recovered their money? What legal or practical steps can I take to get my **₦251,000** back from these people?

In my opinion, PalmPay does not prioritize transparency or customer support, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with your money.
PalmPay, you guys are scam
I’m having the same issue
What exactly is you guys problem
We trusted you guys with our money and this is how you will pay us back?
Customer care , zero
I was even referring customers to this people
thinking they were legit
Banking with PalmPay
was my biggest mistake

Beware of palpalmpay
