How do I go about the low acid test?

Get Bicarbonate soda, put 1/4 teaspoon in half cup of water first thing in the morning before eating anything, drink it. Set the time to know how many minutes it takes before u burp.

Please do it and tell me the minute it take before u burp

Bicarbonate soda should be #150 or #200

If you are sure it is GERD, walk into any pharmacy and buy ULSA KIT. It is a drug containing Omeprazole, metronidazole and One other drug which I can't remember now. You would feel instant relief. I used to suffer from GERD with different trial and error drugs till I was lucky enough to meet a doctor who finally prescribed ULSA KIT for me. It's been 4 years now and it has totally disappeared.

Using this Ulsa Kit is the beginning of serious problem, this messed my health up after using it last year. The only people this Ulsa Kit worked for are those who their H.pylori test came out positive. Before using this drug be very sure you did H.pylori test and it comes out positive. If your test is negative and you use this drug, be ready for serious complications.

As for omeprazole it only work when your symptoms are new, it will cure all like nothing happened. If your symptoms later appear, be ready for war too because all the omeprazole in this life won't cure you, from there u start using it daily hoping it will work like the first time u used it, and from there complication and serious symptoms set in. If only Doctors are patient enough to tell us after using omeprazole for the first time you have to stay away from certain food, stop eating late at night, sit up 2 to 3hrs after eating before sleeping, stay away from oily food and some things. Some of Nigeria Doctors are terrible.

I also did low acid test myself and discovered have end up with very low stomach acid with all those antacid drugs am using. I disposed all the medication, including the one i just bought with almost 30k. For that one week after doing the test myself, i make sure I drink one orange before eating. Again i drank bitter leaf juice twice daily for 3days following week. Now am fine

From my research outside the country, there's a supplement to be taking daily after heavy meal if symptoms refused to disappear

From my research again, there's a fruit root u will blend to drink first in the morning if your throat is stuck for just one week and you will be fine.

In my own case I didn't use the supplement and fruit root at all before my symptoms disappeared.

A friend suffering from this too is fine now after i told her what to do, in her own case she used the fruit root for a week and she's fine too for now.

Presently am watching carefully to know if any of the symptoms will appear again because in my own case have been on this sickness for a year and 9months, so I need to watch for now. Since January 1st till now no symptoms

My friend has been on this sickness for 3yrs plus, since January 10th after following the little self research and treatment I told her, no symptoms again. Both of us are watching carefully for now

A year and 9months has been hell. Tho I finally discovered what is wrong is majority of us here is low acid not high acid. You see those drugs we used for the reflux killed all our body acid, reason for excess gas. First u have to do is stop all medication asap, then do low acid test at home yourself to know if u have low acid. From there just follow little advice for a week and see miracle. In a situation the acid is finally low, i will tell u what to do immediately. First stop all medication is the most important thing. Me that can't do without going to the hospital in 2weeks and buying drugs that worth 50k, i thank God Almighty now for my life. Nigeria medical system is bleeped up, Doctor prescribing drug killing stomach acid all in the name of treating reflux

I can't even explain the miracle. January 1st i decided am not using any medication again. For like a week I ensure I take my dinner latest 7pm & sit up for like 2hrs before going to bed, my stuck throat disappeared, my heartburn disappeared, vomiting & stomach bloating stopped as well. Now am back to eating any late time at night but i ensure I sit up for like 2hrs after eating before sleeping. Tho am working on how to stop the habit of eating late at night because whenever I eat late, I do have this very little heartburn that disappear while sitting up before going to bed.

I squeezed the bitter leaf and drank just twice to say the truth, my itching stopped for like a week and came back probably because i drank just twice. Now i squeezed the bitter leaf inside a bottle and leave on the ground for like 24hrs before putting inside refrigerator. I notice is not bitter at all and not working for my itching. Please how can I store the bitter leaf juice or will i have to be squeezing it daily to use?

Try pure vitamin E. It's quite expensive and very sticky liquid. But it works. Stretch marks are not on the layers of the skin,so a trick is to use a toothbrush and a vitamin E scrub ( apricot ) to scrub hard on that part of the body,then apply the Vitamin E. I used this for some marks,everything went in a month.

If you are naturally fair like you said, fair and white so white skin perfector(pink one) will bring back your complexion, tone you a bit and make you glow. That is what I have been using for sometime now, I'm naturally fair skinned also but ensure you buy the original one because the fake is so much in the market. I got mine at shop rite.

I haven't heard good remark about fair and white gold, people complain it makes them brown. Cheers!.

Sorry for asking more questions. 3 times daily that's morning, afternoon and night. The morning own is it after eating or before eating? Night too, after eating or before eating?

Try to get some bitter leaves, squeeze the juice and drink 2 times in a week. I was once in your situation and I tried recommendation I was given but none of it work.

I had to resign to fate. I was experimenting the bitterleaf juice to treat pile but I discovered my body itching issue stopped after awhile I have been drinking bitterleaf juice.

My own itching i don't even understand it. If i use sponge, trouble and i can't do without sponge. At times for no reason in the midnight or during the day I will have serious itchy too. Done hiv test, blood infection test, all came back negative. Visit hospital, no remedy. I don't have any rashes on my skin but always itchy. Please will the bitterleaf cure this permanently?

And try to avoid (Maggi, salt) , little papper and hot food for like 1 month when u started taking the cyenamon powder and always use turmeric powder on ur cooking food like stew or soup

Instead of Maggi and salt u can use enough grounded crayfish, garlic powder, ginger powder read the sachet of the garlic and ginger must be 100% raw both the ginger and garlic not the one mixed with salt or any other thing

When u just finish eaten don't drink water immediately wait for like 40min then u drink water

Might not be easy to follow this above write up but I did and it really help me, stuck throat is caused by acid reflux and when is taking long in ur body it will keep affecting your heart which can cuz heart attack that is why u must not joke with it

And always eat fruit like pawpaw, watermelon, red apples avoid green apples cuz it triggers acid reflux, avocados and cumcumber but when u are eaten your cumcumber u hv to chew it very smooth sane with the red apples or if possible u can blend them to juice for easy digestion

Even with the doctor's medication, it didnt work. Someone told me to drink bitter leave water thats it maybe excess cholesterol, and that was it. After 3 days, my body stopped itching me.

Please can you explain how to make the bitter leaf water and time to use it, can used didn't medicine none work. Hiv test and blood infection came out negative
