Ofcourse, you are entitled to your opinion. but that doesn't change the fact that there were high level electoral fraud and malpractice and given the degree of irregularities, no competent court would turn a blind eye to that. As a matter of fact, a lot of people had a widespread consensus that the election might be annulled by the tribunal.

Just like I said, PDP is Rivers and Rivers is PDP. So no cause for alarm
