The target we have is to conclude the sales by the end of this month. It means after then, you are at the mercy of the secondary market.

I can assure you that by December 2010, the shops may be selling for well over N6.5m. What that means is: with your payment of just N1.5m now and before another payment is due in Dec, if you choose to sell, you can make another N1.5m in profit, even before delivery. Does that make any economic sense?, be a wise investor.
