Fill the one on your i-20 on the DS-160, but tell the VO during the interview that you're going for health care informatics and that the name on your i-20 is the name of your course on the SEVIS portal.

I concur with OyoTunjiUSA. If your dad or whoever sponsor you chose have the required money that covers your tuition deficit you actually won't need to worry about funding. US embassy still respects Nigeria as a nation with wealthy people despite the fact of our economic woes therefore you can convince the consular staff that your dad has enough to cover you.

US embassy website does not have or recognise such a thing like association of zero funding so its all fallacy. F1 visa success is locked with 1. ability to prove availability of funds 2. ties to return back after study 3. graduation plans 4. relevant of your course of study and 5. your intention.

If you bagged 100% fundings but failed in the other listed aspects you won't secure any visa. If you are certain that your dad is capable to fund your deficit pls go ahead with your visa application. Regards.
