OyoTunjiUSA:Thief! We know all your tricks to steal from people. No-one should email that saphead from Nairaland, else your money is gone forever. |
Dike987:justwise where are you? You cannot be allowing this scammer agent to be switching monikers anyhow he wants. Now, he wants to have a private session with himself. This cannot continue. Haba! |
OyoTunjiUSA:It's actually the biggest myopic view of the year, but you won't realize it because your brain has been warped for a long time. The only thing you know is how to gather old and new monikers in order to ask fake questions, provide incorrect answers, and praise yourself. How can a scammer agent who has never left Nigeria be allowed to cause a nuisance here? I only blame justwise for allowing a dunderhead with a cerebrum full of sawdust to write incorrect epistles here. |
Dike987:Don't be silent. Write your long epistle with this moniker or login to the other account and write it. |
Dike987:Stop praising yourself using another moniker . We're not fools!I blame justwise for giving you a free ride. |
OyoTunjiUSA:Put an end to this charade, justwise and ban this mofo. We need genuine profiles here and not multiple fake accounts created by this scammer to scam unsuspecting real users. He will ask fake questions and praise himself and answer himself, all by himself. How long can this go on? Ban and block the idiot for life and end this once and for all. While doing so, throw away the keys. We don't need people with mental problems on this space. We need people that have a working brain. |
OyoTunjiUSA:It's now confirmed. You were mad and still mad and nothing could be done to remedy the situation. Sorry boy! |
OyoTunjiUSA:Were you once mad? I'm asking because you talk like a mad person. |
OyoTunjiUSA:No. You're too poor and jobless. That's why you sleep on Nairaland forum looking for who to scam and corner their hard earned money. How can you create hundreds of fake accounts if you're indeed busy with real life work. Thief! |
OyoTunjiUSA:It's only a thief that creates various Nairaland profiles. Talks to himself and reply himself and want to fool everyone in the guise to swindle others. You do all these as a means of survival. Shame on you. |

Nigerians on Twitter has called out the Moroccan airline Royal Air Maroc for Stealing their customers luggages. PIDOMNIGERIA said on Twitter: "On the 20th of January 2024, Ogungbure Oyeyemi @DukeYouthfor who had paid for a Lagos-Casablanca-Heathrow Royal Air Moroc's @RAM_Maroc flight arrived the Murtala Muhammed International Airport MMIA-Lagos, to catch his flight as seen in the attached video. He paid for his excess luggages that were checked in, while he held on to his personal hand luggage that contains very expensive/valuable items to him. The flight departure was announced, so it was time for boarding. Oyeyemi joined other passengers as they headed for the plane for onward boarding. But as soon as he got to the entry point for boarding, a Royal Air Moroc's staff amongst those screening passengers, approached him with their special excuse line for stealing. (Good evening Sir, welcome to Royal Air Moroc flight ---. Sir please our overhead storage compartment is filled up. But we can help you chack in your hand luggage and give you a tag for it) Oyeyemi didn't suspect anything, even though there were very important valuables in his hand luggage. Private and personal documents, designer wrist watches, expensive leather shoes, phones, money, etc. All well packed. He reluctantly let go of the bag, just so he doesn't create a scene, or delay the flight. One by one, that was how those thieves took the hand luggage of different passengers. Most especially young adults, and those dressing very clean. After boarded, to his amazement, the overhead storage compartments of the plane were virtually empty. That was when he smelt rat, and he became suspicious. But who will he complain to? The person who took his hand luggage is a staff of Royal Air Maroc @RAM_Maroc, putting on their operational uniform, with his ID card displaying. Moreover they took the hand luggages of different passengers as well. So he doesn't want to create a scene, neither did he intend to accuse anyone wrongly, when he wasn't too sure. Lo and Behold, as they arrived Heathrow Airport UK, his suspicion became reality. His hand luggage is no where to be found. All his valuables are stolen by those Royal Air Moroc's staff who asked him to relinquish his hand luggage for checking, because the overhead storage compartment is filled up. He wasn't the only passenger whose hand luggage was stolen by those thieves that day. They were all left stranded at Heathrow Airport, with no one to complain to. Some of the passengers were flying to the UK for the very first time, but their valuables and documents are all gone. They were left dumbfounded. This is just one report out of the hundreds of reports in my DM, which time can not permit me to put out. DM from the likes of @ogensogens, @AdewaleAdeoye, @treizor1, @Tieega, whose cases i have independently verified with enough evidence. I call on Nigerians to openly condemn Royal Air Moroc @RAM_Maroc luggage stealing attitude. I call on the ministry" Source- https://twitter.com/PIDOMNIGERIA/status/1763087129515614484 Nlfpmod Yokiti Domique Mynd44 Lalasticlala

President Bola Tinubu received a temporary relief on Monday after a federal judge in the United States denied a request for an urgent release of the Nigerian leader’s confidential records compiled by American law enforcement authorities. Aaron Greenspan’s motion on October 20 urged Judge Beryl Howell to quickly order the Federal Bureau of Investigation, State Department and other U.S. bodies to immediately turn over records they scheduled for release before the end of October. “Plaintiff’s emergency motion for a hearing to compel immediate document production is denied,” Ms Howell of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in Washington D.C. ruled on Monday night. “No hearing to determine the merits of this motion is necessary.” Mr Greenspan, a transparency activist running Plainsite, filed the emergency request after Mr Tinubu suddenly deployed lawyers to fight against the release, saying it would violate his privacy, among other statutory rights. Mr Greenspan said Mr Tinubu was trying to slow-walk the release of the documents, which the agencies had previously stipulated would be released in batches effective October ending, to foreclose any impact the disclosures may have on the ongoing election dispute at the Nigerian Supreme Court. Seven justices had earlier on Monday heard arguments from Mr Tinubu’s lawyers, as well as lawyers for Atiku Abubakar, the president’s main challenger. Mr Greenspan has followed political controversies in Nigeria since his website was besieged by Nigerians looking for information about the 1993 case that saw Mr Tinubu forfeit over $460,000 to the U.S. government after being caught laundering proceeds of narcotics trafficking in Chicago. The records Mr Greenspan seeks could potentially help provide clarity around Mr Tinubu’s real identity, especially the name under which he first travelled to the United States decades ago. The Nigerian president has been known to use clashing identities in the past. But Ms Howell, in her decision, said Mr Greenspan did not adequately justify his request for an urgent hearing on his motion for expedited release of records, especially against the need to protect Mr Tinubu’s interest. “Plaintiff has not made any representation to the court that the balance of equities tips in his favour or that the granting of his motion would further the public interest,” Ms Howell said. “Given that the FOIA request is for records that, if any exist, may be of a highly sensitive and private nature and that the subject of those documents, Bola A. Tinubu, has had no opportunity to protect his privacy interests in any such records, the balance of equities militates strongly in favour of denying this emergency motion.” The judge also approved Mr Tinubu’s request to allow his lawyer, Christopher Carmichael, to appear in the case, although she has yet to rule on the president’s motion to intervene in the matter. Earlier, the U.S. Department of Justice, represented by Matthew Graves, had said the government would not be taking any position as to whether Mr Tinubu should join the case or not. “On behalf of defendants, the undersigned counsel does not take a position as to whether the court should grant Bola Tinubu’s motion to intervene,” Mr Graves said. President Bola Tinubu has applied to intervene and subsequently oppose a motion that would have all his records—criminal or otherwise—released by top U.S. security agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Specifically, Mr Tinubu pleads that he would be “adversely affected” should the U.S. Court for the Northern District of Columbia in Washington D.C. deny his motion to intervene in the matter, according to Bryan A. Carey, the attorney representing the Nigerian leader. “Mr Tinubu should be allowed to intervene because he has a direct interest in the records sought, his interests are not fully represented or protected by defendants, and his interests will be adversely affected if he is not permitted to intervene,” Mr Carey pleaded with the court on Monday in a document obtained by Peoples Gazette. Aaron Greenspan, owner of PlainSite, a website that advocates legal data transparency to end corruption in public service, had in 2022 filed a freedom of information request for Mr Tinubu’s records. Mr Greenspan, a U.S. citizen, collaborated with Nigerian journalist David Hundeyin in applying for the request. The FBI, last month, said it would comply with the request and release the sought records about 2500 pages in batches of 500 pages monthly starting October. Nigerians had eagerly anticipated the release of the records hoping they would clarify decades-long controversies about Mr Tinubu’s background and his role in a narcotics dealing that led to his forfeiture of $460,000 in 1993. However, the Nigerian leader is now ferociously fighting to keep those data hidden from the public, much as he did when he sought to prevent his primary opponent, Atiku Abubakar, from accessing his Chicago State University (CSU) records. It is unclear if the same failure that trailed his desperate opposition to have his Chicago State University (CSU) records from being accessed by Mr Abubakar, his main rival in the February elections, awaits him in the quest to block U.S. agencies from complying with federal disclosure regulations. Still, Mr Tinubu’s five-month-old presidency has been beset by legal tussles ranging from allegations of electoral fraud, perjury for lying on an electoral form regarding his Guinean citizenship status, narcotics dealing and presenting forged certificate to the electoral commission, INEC. Controversy has continued to trail the authenticity of the Diploma Certificate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu claimed to have obtained from the Chicago State University, CSU. The President used the certificate to secure final clearance for participation in the 2023 presidential election on the platform of the All Progressive Congress, APC. In the latest development, a top official of CSU, Mr Carl Westberg, on Tuesday said that a replacement copy of the Diploma certificate Tinubu submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, was not from the Institution. Westberg, who is the Registrar of the university, speaking under oath, specifically told the court that he was seeing the Diploma certificate copy for the very first time in the instant proceedings. The subpoenaed witness testified on oath on the order of Judge Nancy Maldonado to back up the order for release of academic documents of Tinubu to the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar. Atiku Abubakar, who participated in the February 25, 2023 presidential election along with Tinubu, had challenged the declaration of the APC candidate as winner of the election on various grounds. Among the grounds are that Tinubu was not qualified to have stood for the election on the grounds that he submitted forged documents on oath to INEC to secure eligibility. In pursuit of his claim, Atiku had applied to a US District Court to issue an order compelling the CSU to release Tinubu’s academic records to him for verification and authentication. Following his success at the US court, the CSU was ordered to release the academic records to him and to back up the release of the documents with deposition by an official of the institution. In compliance with the order of the court, Westberg who testified on oath that Tinubu’s Diploma certificate, which he claimed to have obtained from the university, and which he used to secure clearance for participation in the presidential election, is not a document of the university. For example, the witness admitted that the Institution had no board of trustees in 1979, as against the claim in the certificate Tinubu submitted to the electoral body. When pressed on the signatures on other certificates issued in 1979 and the one Tinubu submitted to INEC, the witness admitted variations in signature, logo, and seal. Specifically, Westberg pointed out that the signature on the replacement certificate of Tinubu matches certificates issued in the 1990s and not those of 1979, as claimed by the President. Meanwhile, a certified true copy of the deposition and cross examination is expected to be handed over to Atiku to further establish his allegation of forgery against Tinubu. It would be recalled that the final leg of Atiku’s case, seeking disqualification of Tinubu from the 2023 presidential election, is now pending before the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Nigerian Journalist, David Hundeyin, has accused the president of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu of submitting fake Chicago State University Certificate to INEC. According to Hundeyin, Tinubu certificate was downloaded from https://diploma-makers.com/fake-diploma-samples/usa/ and https://web.archive.org/web/20230623172002/https://diploma-makers.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/USA-fake-diploma-sample-Chicago-State-University.jpg. This is coming, after the Presidential Election Petitions Court admitted certified copies of the academic and work records of President Bola Tinubu tendered by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar. Hundeyin said, “What I really want to see is how the Appeal Court and Supreme Court judges will manage to wriggle out of giving a remotely sensible judgment, given the ridiculous way that Bola Tinubu went about submitting forgeries as the hubris-filled fool that he is. “I really want to know.” Source- https://twitter.com/DavidHundeyin/status/1672247590211952640

According to the Nigerian legislature, departing President Muhammadu Buhari created a fake airline as his final act in office. Buhari even managed to arrange the flight of a lone aircraft bearing the livery of the nonexistent Nigeria Air before taking his final bow. Buhari took office in 2015, returning to power after presiding over a junta government in the 1980s. His election over incumbent Goodluck Jonathan in 2015 was the first electoral defeat of an incumbent president in Nigerian history. The 80-year-old president’s two four-year terms were declared a comprehensive disaster by the BBC in May, as he left Nigerians “less secure, poorer, and more in debt,” and failed to keep his promises to “curtail the rampaging Islamist insurgency in the north-east and tackle widespread corruption.” Buhari will be replaced by 71-year-old President Bola Tinubu, who is a member of Buhari’s All Progressives Congress (APC) party. Tinubu won a contentious election in February criticized by international observers and unsuccessfully contested by the other leading candidates. Tinubu was sworn in on May 29. Buhari and his Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, announced in 2018 they would establish a national air carrier in partnership with Ethiopian Airlines, which would have a 49-percent stake in the new operation. Sirika constantly promised the launch of Nigeria Air was imminent, pending the resolution of a few legal obstacles that were somehow never cleared away. Sirika met in February with Ethiopian Airlines chairman Girma Wake to discuss the much-delayed launch of Nigerian Air. The Nigerian aviation minister emerged from that meeting with promises that the airline would fly before Buhari left office. “Regarding Nigeria Air, yes, we are on course; and by the Grace of God, before President Muhammadu Buhari leaves office, it will fly. We are on course; before May 29, Nigeria Air will fly,” Sirika said two weeks before Tinubu was sworn in. On May 26, a Boeing 737-800 bearing the livery of Nigeria Air did indeed appear on a runway in South Africa and later flew to Nigeria. Lawmakers cried foul, insisting the airline still had not commenced operations, and the plane unveiled just before Buhari left office was a fraud. African journalists did some digging and discovered the 737 was in fact a ten-year-old Ethiopian Airlines plane chartered for the “unveiling” flight and repainted with the colors of the non-existent Nigerian Air. Reporters who reviewed the plane’s registration paperwork said there was no change of ownership for the plane, a detail confirmed by Capt. Dapo Olumide, the acting managing director for Nigeria Air installed by the departing Buhari. Olumide told a Nigerian Senate aviation committee on Tuesday that Nigeria Air still does not have a license for full flight operations, and the process to obtain them is still in the “early stages.” Olumide said one of the obstacles is that Nigeria Air is presently three planes short of the three planes it needs to own to secure a license. “The aircraft that came in and left was a legitimate charter flight. Anyone of us here if we have a destination wedding in Senegal, we can charter an aircraft,” the captain explained. “You don’t need to have a license to do that, you just charter an aircraft, an aircraft you paid for it, it will be brought here, take your passengers and off you go, and that is what we did. but in this case, it was to unveil the logo of Nigeria Air,” he said. “Ever since 2018, all you have ever seen about Nigeria Air were pictures, drawings not the real aircraft, and we thought it was time to show what the real aircraft will look like, also to let shareholders see,” he said. Olumide insisted the Boeing 737 stunt was not intended to deceive the public, but the “social media dimension” came into play, and for some reason “learned people in the aviation industry” did not counter the rapidly spreading disinformation that portrayed the plane as property of a fully operational Nigeria Air. Lawmakers castigated Olumide for failing to inform the aviation committee about the plan to charter an Ethiopian plane and paint it with Nigeria Air’s logo, even though Olumide gave frequent testimony to the Senate and was always greeted with “respect.” Nigeria’s Point Blank News on Wednesday quoted reports that passengers actually bought tickets for the first Nigeria Air flight, but in fact they were merely Ethiopian Airline staff whose job was to bring the 737 home after Olumide was finished showing it off. Point Blank News was among the Nigerian media outlets that regarded all of this as a deliberate “scam” rather than a misunderstanding. The waters were further muddied by a letter sent by Senior Advocate of Nigeria Nureni Jimoh to Buhari two weeks before he left office, insisting the outgoing president halt a plan by Aviation Minister Sirika to violate court orders by flying two unlicensed planes under the Nigeria Air banner. Sirkia was allegedly planning to pretend Nigeria Air was up and running so he could claim he and Buhari had fulfilled their promises to launch the airline before the president left office. Nigerian House Committee on Aviation chair Nnolim Nnaji called the Nigeria Air launch a “fraud” on Tuesday, pointing out that major stakeholders in the long-gestating deal between the Nigerian government and Ethiopian Airlines have denied all knowledge of the liveried aircraft demonstration flight. This would seem to contradict Olumide’s assertion that the liveried plane was mocked up to keep the stakeholders interested. Bashir Ahmad, a former special communications assistant to President Buhari, insisted on Wednesday that the airline project is not a “fraud” because “the Aviation Ministry has made significant progress towards its realization.” “Branding unveiled, partnerships and agreements signed, most of the operational certificates issued, and operational offices opened. Nigeria Air will fly to make Nigeria proud,” Ahmad said in response to Nnaji’s criticism.
