He could not do nothing, they introduced WAR AGAINST INDISCIPLINE AND CORRUPTION just to use it to tackle ordinary man on the street who could not do his 'Clean up' (sanitation)and people he considered as his enemies. Will he provide steady power supply, huh? and He abondoned Mambilla Hydro Power Plants 32 years ago, which is supposed to be producing 3050MW. Huh?
