There is a reason why it is stated in the rule that contestants should quote their fellow contestants tickets but some find it difficult just to perform this simple task not knowing it is for everybody's good.

My friend,With this lengthy writeup you're still beating around the bush..You never gave a proper reason why you deem it fit that he deserves a punishment as such..revealing deceptive dealings by contestant is now a crime or what?
