I have filled all the forms..and got to the last page(5)..I clicked on submit.. but no feedback msg to info me that am successfully submitted... but returned me back to page 1...and when am about to refill it again..it said all the information given have been used....pls what is that all about?is it that it have been submitted? pls I need responses
