Me I cannot lie-whether na 3 weeks delivery or 3 months delay-I have enjoyed Lagtech's biz and I have made money from it. Why will adult people be insulting another person. Not that Lagtech is doing anyone favors-but he does a lot that most importers will never do. I know people on this thread including myself that Lagtech did Craigslist pick ups without collecting any kobo in advance. I am not aware of any importer that will do that.
A friend of mine once asked another importer here on the same nairaland to help him secure a laptop on ebay as it was a Friday that he would pay on Monday. Come see importer reply " Tell your seller to send me the laptop-that you will pay him on Monday" Not that I blame the importer-his business policy does not reach that level. But Lagtech-he will pick up and wait for you to pay. I have experienced this before-not once-no be 2 times sef.

I really want to refrain from commenting on this shipping debacle but I just find it hard to do so. Maybe it has to do with my experience in the hyip aka wonder bank days. Then Itrusted people to a fault and I paid dearly for it. @Lagtech -I have known you for just a little while now-and I have to commend your diligence and attitude-I want to believe you are product of Oga Sunny. Listen to your customers-but keep your head high. I have done business with you enough times to know-that doing business with you is good. I have had delays too-I waited for over 2 months for Lenovo; but I have also seen many items in days.
Like I mentioned on this thread before-where I used to work at Ikeja Plaza-the amount of complaints there was in the thounsands. How many customers do you have? Maybe 50? Maybe 100? Maybe even 200. We had over 2,000 customers as we were like a middleman business. Come and see dozens of people shouting at the same time -Ogechi worked wonders and she was just a worker-not the Oga. There was one night we were at Ikeja Plaza till after 2am settling and pleading with an agrevied big customer who had spent millions. All that is over now.
My oga at the company was just a small boy 'stuggling' millionaire then, barely 30 years of age-today he is billionaire-has his own multi story building in Lekki (not rent) and goes about in a convy-offically approved by a former IG. Many of those old customers at Ikeja make daily pilgramge to Lekki now waiting days to get an appointment-instead of just doing their transactions with the staff-they want to see the Oga at the top and always remind the staff that they were the pioneer customers. Any business that is going to go far, any business that brings in anything valuable will have teething problems-you goal is to remain focused, improve and stay a winner.
Research new ideas, find out how you can be your own shipper, bring new and good products. All in all keep up the good work.

Not all sellers update tracking. But ebay expects all power sellers to upgrade tracking within 24 hours. You can email to ask seller-how far with tracking. Although hes not obligated to upload such-but if item does not arrive on the last day specified by ebay in the order page-you can file a complaint the day after.

I am not a an APC or PDP support-our parties have little or no ideology -so I prefer to look at candidates nor am I a Tinubu fan-as I have my reservations with his "alleged" wealth accumulation. But to say what did he achieve?
He was the best governor by millions of miles between 1999 and 2007 and he ranks amongst the best 10 Governors in the history of Nigeria. And not just because he was Governor of Lagos as there have been many governors of Lagos who not only failed-but gave silly excuses like " we cant find bitumen to repair the roads".

When a company has 10 customers-even a mumu can handle things-but when you have hundreds of customers-complaints are normal. Infact if you dont have complaints-something must be wrong. If people dey complaint about God himself-how much less a human being. I remember my old job at Ikeja Plaza-come and see call after call every day -customers calling to complaining. But our front desk office -Ogechi-a graduate of Abia State was world class-there is nothing a customer could not throw at her-the girl go dey smile as if say she dey contest for Miss Nigeria. I learnt a lot from that company.
I have used many services on Nairaland including Lagetch-and everything boils down to understanding.I have found his customer service and prices to be what i need. If Lagtech tells me 3 weeks -I tell my customers 6 weeks-its their choice to pay cheap and wait or just go to Alaba or Computer Village and buy today. And sometimes when the item lands in 2 weeks-my customers starting praising me like I am a miracle worker. And when it takes 5 weeks or 6 weeks -even 7 weeks-I am covered.

Maybe virus.

Do you have other computer? Copy one of the files and try and open it on another computer. If it doesnt open there-your office program is corrupt-if it opens-the problem is completely with your first computer.
