Job Description
Ensuring quality of the products
keeping the bakery running and profitable
manage the administrative functions
General operations of the company
To supervise the employees in the bakery
To manage and increase the sales of the company
Ensuring safety at the work place
To hire new personnel and offer them training
Maintaining standard
Analyze the consistency and quality of the products,
To ensure prompt processing of deliveries,
Collaborating with the vendors concerning orders and making sure that there are enough products on the stock.
To resolve complaints from staff and Agents
Responsible for customer satisfaction.

Qualification and Experience
HND/B.Sc or ND in any discipline
Must have at least 3-5 years experience in bakery operations with 3years in a managerial/supervisory position.
Must be able to bake and mix.

We produce well over 25,000 pieces daily and have machines for it. u guys just think making money is easy. u and your friend cant produce more than 3 bags daily which is 3000 pieces. An old member, Brabus, shared this plan on here that I saved because I liked it.

This is just showing the ground floor (which is enough for a young guy) and the upstairs could easily hold another three bedrooms in the future.

If you do decide to use this plan you should check with the owner.
