Please good people kindly help me with any info or advise on how to secure a job as a lecturer or researcher in nigeria. I have a bachelor of technology degree from the federal university of technology minna and am curently on masters at nasarawa state university. My first degree is on Agriculture with specialization on crop production, the Msc is on plant genetics and breeding. Currently am just strugling 2 keep my studies going and am not looking elsewhere apart 4rm higher institutions 4 a job. I have always wanted 2 be in the academics, my long term goal is 2 be a prof someday. With the kind of mindset i have now, i will find no joy or satisfaction in any other job outside the academics.
