who are you?

My Analysis on Nigeria(most west african teams and the world cup). I hope it makes sense.

A west African team not winning a world cup yet, or not getting to the semis of the world cup yet, has always been because of one particular "factor" in my opinion, I would break this down, and I hope someone in NFF reads this.

Now I believe there are 3 "t's" to a team game play in a game of football, mostly in cup competitions, and they are Talent, Tactics and Technique.

Is Talent the issue?
Well I boldly say nigeria has the talents to win any world cup game, against any team, even if south American and European teams have a better edge man for man, we have the talents to beat them, talent has never been the issue, so we rule out the first "T" = Talent, most major west African countries have talents, but talent alone can never win you a competition like the FIFA World Cup, let's start getting it right, because we are deluded to think it's been our talent all this while, no it's not the issue.. moving on

Is Tatic the issue?
Well again, even the every day gbogbotibo, monkey post players and coaches on the street can draw up a good tactic for a game of football, 3-4-3, 4-4-2, 4-4-3, fixing players in position, is never, and has never been the issue for West African teams, so clearly tactics is not the problem...

Is technique the issue?
A big yes, over the years, having watched so many senior FIFA competitions, I put it to you, that technical play, technical analysis, technical application of role, positioning, timing, player knowledge, which are all on under Technique to win a game has always been the issue for Nigeria and most west africa teams... we don't ever get it right, simple things like having knowledge of a team character, our opponents play at every single point of the game, what they do at 10min, 20 min, last 5 min, when they seem to raise their tempo, who they build their attacks with, how they move their football around the pitch, their players characteristics and temperament, does a particular player dribbles in field all the time?, does a player switch play with cross field passes? does this particular players like to play a one-two? does this particular player like shooting from the particular point? does this defender always like passing back or side ways? or lobbing the ball? who are they likely to sub in? and how does their sub impact their play? does this player like to move to the by-line or dribble left? right? or pass, and a lot more of this technicalities. We are very lazy mentally, and that's why we always loose to this top European and South American teams, most of the times, they know our teams technically more than our coaches and players. It's not magic that they always know what our players are going to do at particular periods, and render them incompetent.

West African teams need to do better technically and mentally, than to keep relying on talents, vibes and isha Allah to win games at the FIFA world...
And about northern African countries, they don't have "physicality" which is a talent, they try technically, but they are not up there technically too, they better than most West African countries technically though...

I boldly say, all a West African powerhouse has to do is get the technicality of the game right, and a west African team will win the world cup...
