They should not wait for argentina to bring the game to us, like we always do, and then try to react later. We must be proactive, not reactive .. We can't be doing same thing and expect change...

After all, what has been scared of Argentina and their big names given us over the Years?, yes we have been beating, beating over and over again.. So let's damn being timid

Although this could be medicine after death but I do think the team needs a world class psychologicist in times like this. I think we highlighted on this point in our thread world cup 10 pointer championed by Icon4s.
I get the sense that the players are scared out of their minds now after the loss and moreso with the abuse on their social media.
I noticed Leon Balogun deactivated comments on his Instagram page.
The team really needs a psychologist because I forsee fear and lack of self believe creeping into the players. Some will even be to careful to avoid mistake, thereby making lots of mistake as a result. Coupled with the fact the team is inexperienced at this level,could be even a more humiliating performance.

I'm not saying this because I expect the team to win the group but I don't want Nigeria to be embarrassed.

Nerdy boy.... Why you so concerned about the likes. That is the least of my concern.

Nigerians we generally suffer from this, so religious and sentimental.. They sing up and down in camp, pray before during and after the match like that is the solution. To me it just shows we are not ready.

They should be focused on game plan, tactics and the rest not to be singing up and down like an international boys choir.

singing, dancing, prayers are just our traditions, they are not the reason our players are not meeting up to expectations..

And when fans pray for the players, how is that a bad thing, it's just a form of support..

2 days ago they were deciding on their goal celebration, yet they can't score a goal. Too much Insta and SHAKU SHAKU. Domestic boys would've had more fight. Rohr's incompetence just makes things 10x worst.

But this boys should fight, if we loose fighting, we accept our fate, but our eagles were limp, and played like cowards, we gave in too easily, at the 50th min i knew we would loose...

Even if they are 3 goals down in the 90min, they should fight, that's how you become champions, you show character and zest, real hunger then even elements will favor you at some point..

No fight, no spirit, nothing. We would have done better assembling kids from oshodi and Mushin in that world cup, because those kids would have had FIGHT.

These shaku shaku boys and Rohr, just disgraced themselves. We can blame Rohr for wrong tactics and fielding players in the wrong positions, but it was Etebo who scored an Own Goal and Ekong who gave away a penalty. It was Ighalo who could not fight for balls, it was Shehu who was too scared to cross. It was Moses who was falling over when he needed to stay on his feet, it was Iwobi who shriveled and hid when he most needed to take flight, it was Mikel who failed to show true leadership when he needed to step up

ah swear, mikel should have done more in inspiring the younger, inexperienced players, he played, like mikel "the follower, not the leader".. No zest, just flat, I know he is a quiet guy, but mhen, he needs to learn to charge up his boys... Where did all that go?,
we accepted defeat like a bunch of cowards yesterday, surprisingly, the only players that showed that fighting spirit, IMO, were ekong and Moses (though was selfish), and Iheanacho later..

This team is not bad, it's a talented team, but they need to do some soul searching, and get back their winning spirit, their big heart, the passion, the "we die here attitude "..... the "who una be attitude ?" they showed all that in the qualifiers and in that friendly..

The eagles looked limp yesterday, they looked like a scared chickens, we scampered in fear.. I don't know if all this pessimists and their pessimistic attitude transferred to the team, we looked scared last night, I don't know if the inexperience and the stage contributed.. I dunno
