They can't talk of post DE WHEN DE registration is still on.

I think the form should still be on sale cos the supposed close of registration on Friday 15th of June was wrong.15th was on Satday but not Friday.Moreover I went to one of the most popular JAMB REG.CENTRE in Sapele and the man told me that as at Thursday last week Jamb had not given them any notice as regards close of registration

As at today.the direct entry form was still on sale in Sapele.when I approached one of the centres,they told me that JAMB has not notified them on the closure of registration.

Finally,the registration closes tomorrow.May God crown our efforts with success

Pls prospective medical students in the house,can anyone brief us on the pace of the Medical school of Uniben.I hope 5yrs will be 5yrs all things being equal

It was the UI website where they requested all DE applicants to upload their credentials that I accessed.There was no form of Interview whether written or oral,hence there was no way for me to see other applicants print outs to compare with what I had.Anyway,it is now in the past.I am applying to Uniben this year.I think my chances wil be higher since they are writing post DE and I am from Delta state

Was it on jamb d.e slip or on U.I screeng/interview page. 2. Did u print it and relate it to odas and chek if d page was d same or nt. Kindly explain in detail so as to guide we people?

Pls any Medic from OAU or Uniben should help me on this.I intend applying for Medicine thru DE into any of these 2 schools.I actually graduated from OAU,BSc Botany(2:1).I like to know which is faster in their medical programs.Pls I will appreciate your responses.Thanks

Lomakx,thanks for your mature response,I actually hav a 2.1(4:27/5:0) in Botany from OAU.Based on the mail that the UI Admission comittee sent me i was not admitted cos I didn't upload my credentials on the right website.It actually sounded strange to me cos that was not true

The NYSC certificate is supposed to be a compulsory requirement for those who are applying through DE with a BSc because it is always one of the credentials that you are required to sumit at JAMB'S office after your online registration.

No I graduated from Botany also with a 21 and am applying to Uniben for Medicine.My eldesst brother graduated from the Med School in Ife.

@STORM2 thanks for your concern.I will apply to Uniben this year .I dont like to go back to OAU cos their Medical program is too tardy.

STORM2: I'm sorry to hear that dear. If uni ibadan is problematic try somewhere else. Unilag, unn, or even ur former school....OAU has good medicine...a friend of mine with a 2:1 in zoology got into medicine last year in UNN. And thank God ibadan is not the only good school in nigeria...forget abt the past. Just push on and try elsewhere goodluck.

I applied to UI last yr with 2:1 in Botany from OAU AND equally wit a good O level but was not admitted.The admission committee sent a mail to me dat I was not admitted cos I uploaded my credentials on a wrong web site.I was dumbstruck cos that was a capital lie

STORM2: Any university will take botany, zoology, microbiology, physics, chemisty through direct entry for medicine. Esp if it is bsc and 2:1. I'm not sure UI can accept a 2:2. U know many ppl with high cgpa's are applying and mbbs is competitive. Unical, uniben are the two schools I'm certain can take 2:2. I've heard rumours that UNN can too. I'd advise that u think of putting a different school in place of ibadan. I'm a fellow 2:2...I'm applying to uniben I can't shout.
