Next time , if you are transplanting at the onset, its very easy to create space for photosynthesis and production...but if u planted seed , once it grows like 2 - 3weeks , starts creating space for production. , tomatoes spread alots , even pepper , without that space there would be very little production, that's what is affecting yours...always supply them water too , very necessary
