Do I need to write exams?
And is my one year of internship sufficient to relocate?

My junior brother studied anatomy. He did his master's in anatomy with speciality in radiology. He worked as a radiographer in private hospitals/ labs with good pay. He later got a lecturing job and did his PhD in anatomy. He is now a professor of anatomy in a Federal university.

Good day everyone, pls I only need smart suggestions on how to end this addiction. I've been masturbating since I was 14, now I'm 28 and I still can't stop. So I'd give you a number of steps
. Delete everything sexual
.
. Change your schedule. Like, if grinding your waist on your bed makes you want to masturbate, leave the bed.
There's times of the day you usually masturbate, so defy the odds.. if you masturbate by 4 in the evening when nobody's home, leave home by 4. Don't be idle.. Do something always... You'll sail through..
Don't look at pornography... It's difficult not to, but try...
Also, pray!. But prayer alone doesn't do it, you need to make up your mind you won't..
