jlinkd78: Nnamdi Kanu outside being blessed with great IQ is also blessed with two great and highly celebral lawyers in both Ifeanyi Ejiofor and Alloy Ejimakor. As it is at d moment it has been been established that d FG didn't extradite Kanu but did extraordinary rendition which simply means abduction/kidnapping. Nigerian Govt have really boxed themselves into a tight corner. Unknown to d FG, Kanu was actually praying for an opportunity to have his case against d FG to have an international adjudication and out of a twist of fate, this state sponsored abduction has provided him that and again brought d Biafran agitation to d fore This Buhari autocratic regime had regretted his abduction from Kenya, but the deed had being done, a whole self acclaimed Giant of Africa in this kind of international legal quagmire caused by a gangling senile vegetable we have in Aso rock. What a shame ! |

udele1: Nice. It should remain locked till the end of the trial. Since they are trading with Nigerian currency and closing shops for the Biafran fraud.
They were forcing people to stay at home, spoiling their cars. Let them know what it feels like to force people to do things against their will. That's why Western Nations abhor the Nigerian army, it seems violation of human rights is their watchword, well their chiefs will always be at receiving end, because the more they commit genocide, the more criminal cases will be filed against them at ICC, and remember criminal cases don't die and Buratai cannot be an ambassador for life to enjoy diplomatic immunity, the day of reckoning beckons, all the oppressors in this country will end in shame . |

dre11: https://www.newtelegraphng.com/igbohos-trial-fg-may-threaten-economic-sanctions-against-benin-republic/ This APC government is so clueless, Is FG the United States of America, or the Republic of France. Before you can sanction another country economically, your own economy must be in good order, or I think what is going into their head is because the former Beninoise President called Benin 37th State of Nigeria. For Buhari, if this is true, it can't work, you can't use violation of international law to negotiate for economic sanctions. Let's watch how it goes. Bully Government |

DrMuzungu: IMEI is transmitted to the GSM operator each time a mobile device connects to the GSM tower. It does not matter if you make a call, send SMS, connect to the internet or if you do none of that. As soon as your device gets the signal, it transmits the GSM number, IMEI and several other things. That's very correct. |

lexy2014: What makes changing IMEI illegal? Can u pls quote d law? Even if you change your IMEI, the original IMEI can be retrieved. Why do Nigerians always think about circumventing things, strange country. Creating a device management system should not cause so much outcry as being witnessed. |
Phones › Re: Subscribers Are Not Required To Submit IMEI - NCC by dappydozzy(m): 7:46pm On May 21, 2021 |
ivolt: Immediately you insert a SIM into your phone, your IMEI will be sent to the service provider. It is not a new process, the government just want to start getting the data and linking it to other biometrics. What you said is true, in fact Everytime you make a call your IMEI is logged with that call at the service provider's data center. All service provider know the manufacturer and make of your phone, what the government is trying to do is like what we have in the use which is known as the FCC ID database.
Don't be ignorant, the government already have your IMEI. |

Koulture: Lol. You know nothing.Go and read about evans the billionaire kidnapper and how he used thuraya phone for years and the Lagos State Police command couldn't track him for many years.
What do you know kiddo?. Wasn't he eventually arrested ?what do you actually know about tracking systems, I repeat there is no communication medium that cannot be tracked, my brother you acquire the technology if you don't have it. Telling me I know nothing, do you know me. You still need to know about intelligence gathering, and how the international policing system works, Criminal cases don't lapse, The Lagos police command could not track because didn't have the technology. |

Koulture:

That's a fat lie mr pantami, spare me that bullshit.Nin linkage with sim cards ain't going to curb any crime.
How do you even combat crime when their is massive poverty in the land? Naija criminals are one of the smartest they must always find ways to bypass any hurdle.I won't be surprised to see people selling sim cards already linked with nin on the streets, Nowadays some kidnappers use phones like the thuraya satellite phone to collect huge ransoms, the thuraya has its own network, untraceable and untrackable, not even advanced police equipments can track it. That thuraya cannot be tracked is not true, unless the police is not ready to track, there is no communication medium that can't be tracked, a satellite network is the easiest to track, if you wish to know. |
