Pls,I want to get a clarification on the maintenance fund issue.With d new UKBA directive that a min deposit of £1,000 shud be made towards accomodation,does it mean the maintenance fund (£7,200 in my case) will be reduced by £1,000,so I will av to keep a total of £6,200 in my acct for 28 days.Also,which of the hospitals around is accreditated to perform the TB test.Thanks

Prince christian: please pals.............i sincerely need ur help here. i hold a bachelor in engineering with 2.95 cgpa. i need website of schools where i can apply for admision (schools the re recognised) so i can seek for admission. i have summited my application and paid tuition fee for canadian masters but i don't want to take chances.........can i still apply for september resumption and still get the visa?. i have no sat or tofe result............what re the Visa requirements. thanks all

@Daregbaye,I will advise to go to d German Embassy which is located at d bk of d US embassy on Walter Carringhton street to have your document certified.Before u go,ensure u have filled d form and also go along with d original copies of all d document u want to certify,not forgetting d photocopy of your international passport photopage.it is FREE but go btw Mon-Thurs before 10am

@juswise.Well done o.Pls,i av a frnd who applied 4a visiting visa and was denied due 2 her low salary.Now,she wants to apply 4a student visa wit her M.Sc offer letter 4 Jan intake.Hop d earlier denial wont show her desperation of applying again and hence get denied again

Pls Everyone,when applying alongside wit d transcript to d VFS,does it is av to be properly sealed or open as d other document.Because,what is usualy done is that when d official sealed transcript is obtained,it is opened and scan to various schools for admission purpose.Is it now right to apply wit d hard copy that is open already to d VFS or better to go and get another one,that is sealed up to apply with.
For those that av obtained their visas,please how did u do it.

Pls,am confused,i also need 2 smile.My sponsor is my elder brotha based in d US.He said he can önly send his bank statement,but wud av loved to send d fund to my accout,so i can present mine,but he is operatin a fixed acout.Am okay wit dis,but d problem is now how to obtain d legal document dat shows he's my guardian since he is far away from me.Pls,what do i do?

U r a blessing 2 dis forum.
As a rule of thumb,it's gud to submit all d document used in gettin admission to d ECO.
Now,d statement of result i used in gettin d admission is no more presentable-simply faded.So i had to go and get another frm my univ here.But d problem now is dat d date on d new one is obviously different frm d previous one and my univ has destroyed it (since it is illegal 2b in possesiön of 2 result).Hope d ECO wil understand since d only difference is just d date.
Also,i had to get another transcript to present to d ECO since my school sent d first one directly to d univ. in d UK.Pls,what do i do inorder not to implicate mysef wit all dis?

Concerning ur 30-day bank statement,did u put the whole sum at once and did u specified that it was 4 ur maintenance and tuition just like what 'mazamaza' did in order to allay fears about d source.

Please do us a favor,can you dispel our fears about the aplication process.Like 'Bountimore' was disturbed that he did'nt submit the reference letter he used in applying to the school initially with the visa application.Pls,did u submit yours along with your application or is it a prerequisite?
Then is it true that laminated document are allowed?
Lastly,did u use your own personal accout? and hope they dint ask about the source?

@ell77,thanks 4d wise counsel.But there is an issue to the transcript.As a rule,transcript are sent to d school directly and as such if am to get another transcript from my university here by hand,wont the date on d new one contradict d one i used in applying or wil they understand.

Lastly,my CAS only specified my certificate and waec.They dint indicate my transcript.Pls,shud i go ahead and submit d transcript wit my application or just obey d CAS

U r doing a great job.Pls,i want to use my elder broda's statement of acout.But he lives in d US and dat means i wil av to present a foreign statement of accout to d ECO.Wil dis b accepted?
Dis my broda also tod me d acout is a joint one wit his wife,pls advise me,hop it wil not affect my chances.
And lastly,can one realy use an elder broda as a guardian particularly as he is older by me by just 3 yrs,but he is working and av d means 2 sponsor me.

i would rather suggest u dont submit ur laminated Waec certificate.D application center(VFS) where u ll submit ur application stipulates on their websites(www.ukvac-ng.com) dat laminated document wil not be accepted.So try and remedy d situation.

i alreay av d admission already 4a M.Sc program but av nt gotten d CAS.D school agreed i can use my NECO certificate as a proof of English lang competence and dint tel me i shud show proof of dat i was taught in English in d varsity.
