For over a month now, my sponsor has refrained from spending the money in the account whose statement I will be presenting at the embassy since the last salary was paid in (June) because of the student visa application requirements,

Now my sponsor has called me up that the salary for July would be paid in this week

Now my questions are these,

In printing the statement, should i request it be printed up on till before the July salary? By this the 28 days would have been in tact. Or do I request that it be printed with the July salary addition? (This means more funds). would the 28 days counting now start again?

The 28 day period, does it include weekends? I mean is it 28 working days?

I have applied to get a visa for the pre-sessional course in university of manchester last friday (29 of July).
The money to fund my studies is held in my mother's account, i have sent three bank statements for the last three months (4,5,6) , a birth certificate, all the necessary forms, a lette from the bank explaining that my mother have all the necessary funds to finance my studies in the UK and that I am her child, but i forgot to enclose the sponsorship letter from my mother, so do you think that i will get a visa refusal for that reason ?

If you have the required amount in that account [b]before the salary is paid in then it will not affect the 28days accounting, if not then it will.

You sent 3 different bank account? How much is in each bank account u sent and did u account the 28days rule?
Lastly. . how much is ur school fees?

Read the last line of my post, i mentioned there that the 28days includes weekends.

If you have the required amount b4 the salary is paid in then u got nothing to worry about. Is that account on your name? Who is your sponsor, your daddy or your mum?

Since u submitted the birth certificate and u are over 16 yrs of age, the ECO might overlook the issue of sponsor's letter.

All u need in ur account is £5400 for 28days since u have paid all the fees

I think everyone here would want u to smile but we can only tell u the truth. ell77 was helpful enough to update the front page wtih all the info needed. You need to have the money in ur account, u can't use ur brother's account, the money has to be transfered into ur account.
