The banks involved are the biggest and best ran in the country, will this decision weaken the banks, will their shares drop, will it reduce public confidence, will this decision do more harm than good?, I think it will. Is there a systemic plan to weaken these banks,

Watching FOX report on the attempted plane bomb, they showed the Abuja residence of the guys father and compared it to any nice area in USA, apparently that wasnt sensational enough, the news crew had to go look for the village the bomber came from to show the world the mud houses etc.

I hope CNN, SKY and the infamous FOX news will carry this, we are not a nation of terror and we are not beggars we only lack good leaders and where we have good ones they function well.UK and Ireland  donated 2million euros each, if lagos , a state, just like Dublin, can donate 1mill dollars,
that speaks a lot, I hope information minister will inform the world.

I agree with Knight1 although we shouldn't recommend churches, but a good church with emphasis on Righteousness is DeeperLife, listening to the on line messages I can see a there is a change in the emphasis of the pastor inward righteousness and less on dressing.

We need to build our domestic league; make it more exciting, the government needs to establish two teams Super Eagles 1 and 2 one to be coached by Siasia and 2 by Amodu give them a base maybe one stadium each as base. Then pump real money into the club and ask these two coaches to buy any player they like, each coach to choose management team, that is; PR consultants, marketers, assistants, trainers etc give each coach equal amount of money say 5 million dollars, appoint a private audit firm eg AA to monitor their spending and allow them to compete in the domestic league for next two seasons make it a competition and you will see how much interest it will generate and revenues etc more importantly we will have consistent players and before you know it our league will be the best in Africa and we will have consistent players, we need a long term plan we need to start now we shouldn't depend on foreign players alone, to make it more exciting, ask OKOCHA, AMUNIKE, OLISEH etc to each run a new club as described above for two seasons give them enough money each and lets see the best at the end.These are ways to increase interest in the domestic league and revenue and Nigerian soccer, see koko mansion and other reality TV programs, if half of Nigerians watching the premiership put that much interest in the domestic before you know it, Nigerian Football will get the same growth NOllywood got.

If we say because our Lord Jesus never used body guards then pastors shouldnt, we might as well say pastors should walk or at the best go about on donkeys, no cars or wear only robes or not use microphones because Christ didnt.I believe we all know about the attempt on the previous pope's life by assassins, after the attempt he used his God given wisdom to get a bullet proof motocade . We live in a dangerous world, any robber, kidnapper, assassins etc will attempt to attack an unprotected pastor, the first gift given by God to the pastor is to protect himself first you only need a miracle when you cannot help yourself; then it is a miracle.Remember Daniel didnt jump into the Lion's Den he was thrown into it and God saved him, and remember the Nigerian Daniel that jumped into the Lion's cage, you know what happened.
