Note I'm on budget and only planning for basic amenities like simple plumbing, simple pop, flat aluminum roof, pvc ceiling, bore hole and compound flooring, with short fence

Is it possible to break it down as to number of blocks, cement labor etc. There is no iron beyond the level of the don't think their is iron the level of the set blocks. which is one in some places and two in others

I believe it is sand. It is around Dangote area. I don't think the soil type will be necessarily be relevant as the foundation of the fence had been done with one or two blocks on top
