Thanks for your enlightenment I really appreciate you for your time... Yes the blocks are 6" the person that introduced my aunty to the guy showed us the previous work the guy did for him and it was absolutely good and he advised we used him. That the guy did about 5buildings in total for him and his children.... I'm asking this question is that is there anything special that we are not aware of while he gave us that 1.3M bills to pay and we are the ones still buying everything needed while the daily pay guy still do a neat job and take less pay....
I'm not discrediting the guy that charged 1.3M jobs.. I also saw his previous job and they're absolutely good as well. The truth is that both guys are professionals in their jobs...

You can pay btw #1000 - #1500 per square depending on location.

Please, what is this type of window in the first picture called. I know it is a casement window but not aluminum, but metal.

The second picture and the window above was someone who decided to paint it and changed the glass to reflective glass instead of removing the window and buying/installing aluminum casement window afresh.

Do you think this is better and to do for my window above or just replace?

That's Critall-Hope casement windows,
Depending on your concept you can retain it or otherwise.

If you want to totally modernise the building, you can do new casement windows,
But if its a moderate Renovation you can retain.
