Really? Between 27th December 2014 and now? There shouldn't be a reason for that as the exchange rate(which the sellers usually use as an excuse) has remained the same so far since December.
Maybe, it depends on the state
I bought cements and rods yesterday at the same prices i got them in December @Enugu.
