Yesterday I was contacted by one biola (+234 707 642 8279 WhatsApp and +2347058521901 calls)
He stated he got my contact from nairaland and ordered for 30 tons 3/4 grainte to Parliament estate after amen phase 3 ilamaja.
We negotiated and agreed on 475 000.00 naira. To site while payment was agreed to be once materials get to site.

I get to work and the trailer of 30 tons Granite got to the site today.
I called biola on +2347058521901
And he assured me he will effect the payments claiming he need enter the banking hall.

Also called in reassuring that he is the engr and that payment must be effected. at a point they said payment have been sent and that I should expect the fund.
On trust the truck off loaded and left.

Since then Mr biola have blocked me and refused to respond to calls eventually when I use other lines while
Mr OluSeau Samuel claimed he have sent the money to biola...
He sent me two debit alert totalling 370k to one 1825913263.....acces bank...,john odulan alleging he paid it.

I need help tracking and getting this dou as i Smell organise scam with them.

The boy I sent to parliament estates said they have start using the Granite and some workers threatened to beat him up when he protested.

Please I need advice and help on how to proceed.
Now both is not responding to calls and texts.

Happy new year, can someone help with the likely cost of these materials for raft foundation of a 3 bedroom duplex with 2 two bedroom flat attached to it(one upstairs and the second downstairs). And also are these materials over quoted or under quoted ?

I want to start a 4 bedroom duplex project and I don't want to wait till I have bulk of the budget before starting. I want to build it gradually and at my own pace.

So, I want to know how much it will cost on the average to erect a 4 bedroom duplex and more specifically how much it will cost for bits of the project like the FOUNDATION and DECKING.

Btw, this building will be situated in Enugu.
