Wallie: Thanks for the Advice and Observations shared...You Should be sure we have extensively reviewed and watched a lot of drift, drag and racing videos from various continents...just Cos we use the term Professionals doesn't equal perfectionist...c'mon we are humans and everyone is open to a mistake or two. You should be sure we have carried out extensive comparisons on road surfaces, weather and other factors that come into play. I must Say av learnt a thing or two. Siena: I think you have repeatedly passed your message on and on again. I appreciate your contributions and I have pointed out we are working on the loop holes we have, I don't see you all as killjoys as you think...the sarcasms in some of your post fall a bit below how I picture you...regardless I still have my respect for you. To All: We working on a lot of Events and going back to our blueprints. Thanks |
solhenawo: Hey peeps,I hope these races are not conducted under the influence of 'NUVO or CIROC'. Great machines shown above. I hope to be in abuja soon , may be we can start truck racing too........have got a mack titan (cl713) E9 500.No thanks...No Alcohol ![]() |
all4naija: The truth is that nobody is hating on you guys as you think. Some of us here have one or more good cars as well. Taking it off the public roads would be the best option to avoid accident in the near future or going against the law. If you guys are actually wealthy as you are trying to portray here, why not get your own race track and put Nigeria on the world race map.all4naija i actually dont think anyone is hating neither did i mention the word hate in any of my posts, besides we are not also trying to portray we are wealthy to anyone as you mention. To be sincere with you i dont see a race track coming into play anytime soon, probably a long run vision. you all make it sound like it cost pennies to embark on a capital intensive project that would cost a couple million dollars. for now we would work on racing in controlled zones. |
CURVES ![]()

captalex: And how do you guys cope with fuel scarcity in Abuja, your machines have to be well fed before they go hunting?the fuel scarcity actually is an advantage for us...it keeps the streets less busy, fuel is really not an issue. |
Siena: Knight, no worries. I have watched some of the Youtube videos, long before this thread was created, and some on here. It's not always about the speed, it's also about weaving.Emphases on "WE USE" Again am not trying to justify anything here but the roads are by-passes/express lanes its not like we randomly pull up to corners ![]() |
Siena: I know where you're coming from. These guys will break the law, but being from wealthy / influential backgrounds, the Law will look the other way. I do get that.Siena Trust me if speed limits are put up on any of the roads we use, Have my word we wouldnt go above the limit...you all keep talking about laws...how can we be breaking laws when there are none on it. |
I would appreciate it if personal issues can be discussed outside this thread...its sad, so much negative energy around here, lets all try and stay happy in as much as we have our various differences...life is short

Hi cowgirl, the ban put on the FCT was made in reference to the stunts and drifts that go on in central area, a lot of people have been hit and bad injuries recorded...if you take time to notice you wouldnt find us there...you would probably get to see honda civics, nissans, toyotas and cars kids take from their parents to go and drift or stunt there (basically alot of them are teens and amateur drivers). If you watch our drift videos, they take place in controlled zones or at the abuja car show which the FRSC is present. So many people really dont understand alot of things that go on. |

Much respect to Siena & Ikenna, two very bright and open minded chaps on this section. I guess we would just have to agree to dis-agree on so many issues. its good we have a common ground of been auto enthusiast, probably this forum just cuts shorts of on the number of people that share such passion...lets all cut the arguments and all, so many ignorant peeps even come here to contribute to what they have no idea on and just keep making a fool of themselves. that all said this would be the last i would be making on any issue with respects to arguments on what is right or not. thanks |
I want to get something straight. its a weekend and i decide to have a drive round town, at the traffic light when the light goes green i push in some juice into my engine, i dont beat any traffic lights, i dont break any road violations i just push in speed on a road with 3-4 lanes with no pedestrians(PLS SO MANY OF YOU HAVNT WATCHED THIS VIDEOS,STOP COMMENTING OUT OF ASSUMPTIONS).Tell Me what LAW i have broken ![]() PLS TAKE TIME TO WATCH THE VIDEOS AND STOP BEEN IGNORANT. |
funkybaby: I don't think he gets it.You strike me as a clever child so for the benefit of the doubt ill blame your above post on Ignorance. what stunts did you see? did you watch the videos? have you visited abuja before? you just made so many unguarded statements. PS: No one suddenly encounters cattle/fulani men on abuja streets...No Animal grazing or cycles too. |
all4naija: Why always settle for shiit. Get it to another level by building your own race track and have the racing world body recognize it than putting the public at risk. what do you no about the other drivers coming from the opposite direction if you can control your own vehicle with absolute confidence? It is a rhetoric .sorry to ask but did you watch any of the videos? we dont drive against traffic and there are large road dividers separating both traffic directions. if you notice, traffic is very minimal. |
Am glad the dust has settled down a bit...regardless of how much i tired to be diplomatic in my responses i know its human nature to always have both negative and positive views on issues. its sad that so many people here carry so much hate and negative energy, I apologise if you feel owning and driving a high end car is a vice. i sincerely state that all the drivers in the above videos you watched didnt come out to terrorise or intimidate anyone on the streets, just a group of people having fun with almost caution. with all this to say, we shall continue to race and have leisure drives round town and drifts and drag races in controlled zones on weekends and public holidays. thanks to all who showed there appreciation. VRRRROOOOOOOOM dats the sound you hear on a 6.3L V8 ENGINE

love a Man that drives a Mercedes. ![]() |
much respect greaterlove...most people are ignorant about the streets in abuja. Am not trying to justify myself but these lanes total about 6-8 on both sides of traffic...Pedestrians are not meant to cross such long span of roads so the possibility of hitting anyone is null or impossible. |
You go fear wannabes naa. Iletu Americana inferiority-complex-suffering losers trying to ape and emulate the Americans in everything they do. Nollywood wasn't enough for these moorons, LAGBook still didn't do it; now they've proceeded to ripping off the Americans once again all in the name of 'street racing', forgetting of course that Abuja's roadwork is vastly 'pedestrian-centric' as opposed to the type in America, which sports different alternatives like railways thereby reducing dependence on the roads. These worthless pieces of turd no go find better thing to do.
the depths of your shallowness. I have been taken notes and correction from people but you just took shallowness to a whole new level. ![]() |
wow so much complaints about driving on high speeds on public roads heres a new stretch of road. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gMTUhHtPyMI |
Siena: C'mon bro! I'm a petrol head too, have always been into the drag and track scene, but not on the public roads. Definitely breaking every rule in the book, it's just a case of not getting caught. |
Getting a dedicated track or lane just for speed racing is much of a dream in Nigeria talk less of Abuja, the papers and news feeds show a kilometre of road in Nigeria runs into a billion. the truth about it is that we dont have speed limits on the roads we drive, we basically just ride round town when traffic is very minimal or durning the weekends. basically we use express lanes and by-pass routes. when shows come up in abuja for stunts and drifts, we have the FRSC in place also in a controlled zone. personally I dont think we are breaking any rules.
you will be surprised ![]() It took them a couple of months to bust the guys doing stunts near the national mosque a few years ago. They needed a full riot squad (after a number of accidents and some guys in hospital) for that to stop. Police wont even bother as most guys driving those cars know a guy that knows another guy. That's the funny country we are all from
We mean no harm, every driver is a professional and we are not breaking any rules |
