If you want to refund a seller for a product you opened dispute for but later arrived, through placing an order again and telling the seller not to ship, what do you do if the product is now almost two times the price you had purchased it before?

Am confused on what to do. My aliexpress order has been in transit for 68 days now, am tired of waiting and i have tried opening dispute but aliexpress ain't allowing me to open a dispute. They keep telling me order in transit i should be patient and i need to get a phone ASAP. What do i do?

How is it possible my package left country of origin but never arrived at country of destination for over two months? does it mean it never left singapore or could it be that its in nigeria but singpost lost track of it? i'm confused someone help me out.

my package has been despatched to overseas NG/LOS since the17th of march, is there any possibiility its in nigeria but the shipping info is not yet updated i gat to get either the phone or the money ....aliexpress keeps telling me i cant open dispute...i should have patience
