Try opera browser. It's different from the mini. Opera mini contains a lot of ads even on itel 5081.

69k is a good deal TBH. considering the features. The PPI(pixel per inch) is determined by the screen size. Each resolution have a range for PPI, so the smaller the screen size the higher the PPI in that resolution range. The A20 is 6.4" while the Mi A3 is 6.01", but they are both 720p.
