You'll see WhatsApp file there (WhatsApp download)
Delete it
Then reboot

After that install WhatsApp normal and see if problem persists

Boss, I have rooted it with kingroot as you advised but I can't find system/vendor and others...

The problem still persists.

what will be the solution for this my problem :

Anytime I switch off my P4 and turn it on later, my whatsapp will turn to whatsapp download. I always lost some chat on the process. I have updated the whatsapp via play store still the problem continues..

I also had that problem with mine... I always clear data and cache.. But I later switched to opera classic. Its better than opera mini. You can get it from play store
