Ask Liverpool fans. When Chelsea got red card. It was Mendy vs Liverpool.

This guy has the highest cleansheet right now.

When u to do bad belle, apply sense small small. Next is Kante..he is overrated...he only run up and down..

We know you
Dude is likely a ManYoo fan.

Ignore him.

Enough of this Mendy shit. The dude is average. He is only enjoying cover from the defence line. How many shots does he face per game? Let him goto Manutd or Arsenal that have shaky defense and see how many goals he will concede
Are you aware he has the most saves in EPL.

Mendy, average?

ManYoo fans are becoming an embarrassment to this beautiful game.

As in when...very crazy
We know the profile, we are looking for and we already have them.

Very good ones.

Like I said, only lazy writers complain about our payment schedule.

Again, I have not seen any writing service with huge work volume that pays weekly.
LiteratureRe: [URGENT] Part-time Content Writer NEEDED by DashingRush(op): 9:56am On Sep 22, 2021
ThothHermes:
Fiverr runs an escrow system. Payment is guaranteed as long as you deliver.
Two naira per word you still wan do am monthly.
You might not even finish one article in one month.

So how do we pay weekly when we except an article to run for weeks, excluding reviews and quality assurance?
LiteratureRe: [URGENT] Part-time Content Writer NEEDED by DashingRush(op): 11:33am On Aug 30, 2021
Dvea:
No offence but I just had to point out something. I've been both client and employer so from experience even good writers don't want monthly pay especially since this is a writing, remote, freelance job.
All the good writers I know are comfortable with monthly payments. I once worked with a writer that demanded part payment but I ended up rewriting everything.

Dvea:
You Should take into consideration their fear of being duped, or treated poorly.

Beside most freelancers and really most writers here on Nairaland are looking to survive daily, monthly pay is a no no for them.
We are not looking for that kind of profile. Most of those writers turn out crappy works.

Dvea:
I will never be comfortable with monthly pay I've had at least 3 bad experiences with that. So I could subjectively say that only bad clients pay monthly, and could again subjectively say that only good clients pay instantly, that's my experience.
It all depends on the volume of work you do. I pay in advance and in full for single projects, even if I don't know you.

Dvea:
Nd ur point with Fiverr and upwork nd such, at least u know ur money is with u, its just to cash out.
The client can request a cancellation. So, it's the same thing.

Dvea:
One final point and possibly the reason I took time to write this at nearly 2:30am is, big agencies like yours should take into consideration freelancers. If you have that much clientel and workload u should have a lot of saved up profit, use that to give bi weekly payment to ur workers. At least pay for job's already approved rather than keeping them till month end. Remember that ever man is hustling here and they all have needs and family expectations.
We don't churn out 500-1,500 words articles. Most of the time our team members work on tasks that span weeks, making it near impossible to process payments weekly.

Because of the volume of work we handle for clients, it often takes weeks to get client approval, so we don't base payments on clients' approvals but on their payment cycle (monthly).

Typically, three persons work on a single task. I know you'll not believe this but it's true, we do that maintain quality.

The Content Executive writes the content, the editors re-works the content and forward it to the reviewer who ensures it aligns with our guideline and client's specifications and sends feedback to the writer.

But, if a Support CE writes the content, four people get involved - writer > Senior CE > Editor > Reviewer.

So, it's not possible to process payments weekly.

Dvea:
Again just my opinion and of course one man's meat is another man's poison. Anyway good luck with finding workers. Cheers.
We know the profile we are looking for and we have already gotten 37 applications.

That idea of monthly payment is a No No
From my experience, only bad writers are scared of monthly payments.

Even Fiverr takes two weeks to clear payment.

It will certainly end in premium tears undecided
Making a sweeping claim with such arrogance.

Don't use the word "certainly," if you can't defend a claim.

But on a side note, we deliver close to 150,000 words of article monthly for clients and we can't possibly process payments weekly or per work delivered. We currently have a huge team of Content Executives, excluding Reviewers, now imagine processing their payments weekly.

Even if I hire you as a VA today, you'll run out of steam handling that.

grin

You mean that the U.S made a secret deal with the Taliban to withdraw from Afghanistan??
Anything is possible sha, international politics is one funny and complex wahala. Iran has surely gotten another enemy now, the battles of the Shittes and the Sunnis.
U.S made a deal with Taliban and we don't know all the details. The way U.S withdrew from the Bagram Air Base leave nothing tp be admired. They left at night without prepping the Afghan forces.

Iran is Taliban biggest enemy and U.S surely activated for the purpose. Only time will tell

Powersurge:
Oga your story is shortlived. First of Russia got her ass whooped in Afghanistan.

Second of all, USA, thoroughly dealt with Taliban, removed them from government, installed new govt etc. The next phase now is to teach Afghans to fight their own war. Which is what US would do eventually.

Thirdly, America though not invincible is a master tactician. Withdrawal from Afghanistan and subsequently allowing terrorists taking over the country would be strategic.

First, it will allow the oppressed China's Ughur region, to have direct access to a terror nation. And you know the problems in the Urghur region in China.

Secondly, Taliban can easily seize Tajikistan and Uzbekistan which are at the backyard of Russia. Bringing terrorism into China-Russia mix would be a great tool for global dominance. Sacrificing Afghanistan to achieve that aim wouldn't be a difficult decision.

Knowing that America has over 50 years experience dealing with terrorists, they have moved into the realm of using terrorists to achieve their aims. Rather than completely wiping them out. Don't forget that at the height of Iran-US crisis, there were insinuations that America wanted to activate ISIS who is arch enemy of Iran.

If the global GDP is $80tr and your country alone controls $22tr out of it, you can do a lot.

It will be very difficult for terrorists to overun the south if we remove govt interference. Because for one, they are easily identifiable compared to southern population. Secondly, the south is much smaller and less mountainous. Thirdly, we have more resources to fight a prolonged warfare than them, amongst others.
You are wise.

This is exactly what I have been telling people and you've added a new dimension to it—bringing terrorism into Russia and China and activating domestic terrorist groups within those countries.

I have always seen US withdrawal as a strategic move to put Iran on their toes.

But I often wonder if sacrificing one of the few democracies in the Middle East just to fight iran is worth it but with this new dimension and revelation, I think its worth it, at least for the Americans who doesn't understand friendship and what it entails but their self interest.

Dybala11:
Well you constructed your argument quite well sir, I do have opposing beliefs to some of them though. Currently, the Russian and Chinese governments are top of the list among nations willing to accept the Taliban rule in Afghanistan thus making them alies. Terrorist attacks may then be planned against the U.S, its interest and alies right from Afghanistan. You still don't know the extent that these terrorists, the Chinese and the Russian federation can go to oppose the West, do you??

Their hatred for the West is a common ground for all of them, the China and Russia may even decide to directly fund the Taliban and indirectly fund every other terrorist groups in order to stage a war against the U.S, like a war via proxy. Taliban's opposition to Iran is another ball game entirely though.
I don't think this is right.

From U.S body language you could see they are aligning with Taliban to fight Iran. Everything playing out is "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" scenario.

I was watching a documentary today on CNN about the Talibans capture of a major city in Afghanistan. The first thing they did was to get all girls from age 12 and above for the commanders and various members to get married to and it got me thinking. The Taliban and the various terror groups in the north all share the same ideology. No amount of weapons or super intelligence can defeat this guys. I mean the USA poured in over 20 billion dollars in Afghanistan. Sent in high end weapons, trained the Afghan troops yet they still lost the war. 20 years gone, thousands of Americans dead and the war was lost.

If a whole America couldn't defeat the Taliban what is the fate of the Nigerian army in winning the boko haram war.
Please let stop misinforming people.

The U.S didn't lose the Afghan war. They invaded the country with two aims: topple the Taliban government of Afghanistan and neutralize Osama Bin Laden.

The U.S wasn't fighting to eliminate the Taliban. Taliban, their sympathizers and enablers (Pakistan) can't stand the full might of the U.S armed forces. Again, there are whispers on the street that the U.S withdrawal approach is deliberate to allow the Taliban to capture Afgan.

All these are international politics to put Iran, the bad boy of the middle east on their toes.

Taliban is Iran's fiercest enemy and they are coming for them while Tehran, Jerusalem and Washington are happy, sipping their wine as they await the outcome of their masterstroke.

Perhaps, you're not aware the U.S evacuated the Bagram Air Base leaving thousands of imprisoned Taliban hardened fighters behind for the Taliban to rescue and reintegrate them into their army.

One of the major cities Taliban captures was led by an imprisoned Taliban commander released to them by the U.S.

WhatsApp number. That’s where we stopped
What is wrong with establishing a personalized professional relationship on Facebook? Whatsapp offers some level of anonymity I am not comfortable with.

Moreover, we archive business communications for easy transition between teams and we also create dedicated communication channel for each project. About 3 different teams would be working on this project and Whatsapp won't give us the required flexibility we need to manage them flawlessly, especially those working remotely.

I don't use my personal Whatsapp for business.

We only use emails, Facebook, Linkedin and meetings. Just text me your email and we would take it up from there.

What i mean by aggressive is a total white hat Effective SEO, not this wack SEO specialist with zero results.

I believe you must have other portfolios, because i cant base my agreement on just a single result.

How many days, months etc, to get the result?.
Days, months?

I can't give you that with certainty. Your objective, unique need, the niche and the audit report would determine that and we would capture the duration and number of phases the campaign would run in the campaign proposal.

Send me a PM, so that I take up the rest from there.

First, what is the niche and your target coverage area?

Let’s chat here.

Proof of previous successful work(s) is required.
If by aggressive you meant blackhat SEO, then I am not the right person to talk to.

But if you are looking for an SEO campaign that would boost organic visibility, dominate local organic competition and drive revenue, then get in touch and I will forward a full portfolio.

However, find attached a few of our results and how they stand-out from the rest of the competition.

If you are interested in proceeding with an engagement after viewing our portfolio, this is how we work.

First, I will interview you to understand exactly what you need, run a free forensic audit of your website.

Second, from the result of the audit, we would craft a campaign proposal that would meet your objectives.

Third, if you are impressed, then we talk about the cost. When we agree on a campaign budget, then we would fix a meeting at your premises to finalize all grey areas and at that point, we expect the first payment.

Finally, we begin the campaign officially when we confirm payment with a keyword analysis.

NOTE: we don't accept engagement from News or blogging niche and our service is premium but affordable.

Note: I am taking the proof of work down. I don't put client's work on public domain without authorization. It is not ethical. I can share them privately
