Check your COS if maintenance is marked Y for Yes or N for No

mountmos:
Just check on your CoS if maintenance is ticked Yes, if No - then you will need POF.

If maintenance has been ticked, you only need to submit COS, offer letter, IELTS/Naric, TB test, PCC. However, if you are married, include your marriage certificate, Affidavit if there is a name change, newspaper publication, family pictures, Kids birth certificate. That's all.

I have already booked for this medical last month. I am done with my documentation and background check with my employer and only awaiting for d COS outcome. So I decided to go ahead and do it since d tb certificate has 6months validity.

I did my certificate in Feb and it will expire on 3rd of next month, have bn trying to book for another one, haven't been able to do that. Pls how did you manage to book yours? I just want to know that it is the Police clearance that will be remaining

I dont know about NHS jobs. I think my employer applied for additional COS allocation and told me that it can take upto 18weeks. I can only wait and pray. I have heard some that waited for upto 1,23,4,5,6 months. Everyone case is different.

Good to know that we are many that are waiting for d best..I almost lost hope from January after interview and offer letter. until May when they came with documentation,since then no 2weeks have gone without they coming with one process or the other. Last Friday I held a Team meeting for ID documents verification for my Acces NI Check applicaton I did last 2 weeks..

Things have really changed my dear.

I just paid 0ver £2k to my wife's employer for COS fees. One of the top mgt staff told my wife they involve a lawyer in the process. I presumed that was why it's that expensive.

Please note, my wife works in a big care home in London (operated by whites and not Nigerians).

I will advise someone in the UK inquires independently about the fees on your behalf.

Ask someone in the UK to call them on your behalf. Possibly go there and verify them. Someone told me that she called some companies in the UK and they confirmed to her that they now charge for administrative fees.

COS normally is free but these days anything is possible

Have your references responded to the questionnaires? If not, chase your references like your life depends on it oo.

If they have all responded and you are yet to hear from the employers, send a polite email to them asking about the next stage of the recruitment process.

They will ask you questions from the person's specifications (essential and desirable). Study any equipment they use that you are meant to know. Cram their responsibilities so that you will give it back to them during the interview. Ensure to chip in your personal experience (you can use a loved one as an example you took care of) and most importantly is prayer for God's favour.
