This is unfair; one of the reasons people fought for equality is for women to contribute to the family more.

Why do we still want to depend solely on our men when we can support them? Why do we need to get every penny we need from our men when we have the opportunities to work as much as them?

“But he is a man, providing for the family is his job” yes, it is his job to provide for the family, but it is also your job to fill the gaps when he cannot meet up.

Gnats are indeed a nuisance. Every spring and autumn they appear in my place, especially in the kitchen. But that's my fault, sometimes I forget to clean my house and that attracts various pests, gnats and cockroaches included. From my experience, the usual electric zapper is enough, just as Nicholas Martin advised in his blog. But if your house is heavily infested by those then I would recommend placing a few glue traps and ultrasonic repellents as well.

Twenty friends cannot be friends for twenty years- you may not have the power to choose your family, but you have the ability to choose your friends. Of course, you know, the famous adage “show me your friends, and I will tell you who you are’’. Who are you rolling with? Who do you call buddies? Don’t get sentimental about this, but if you are to choose from your friends, can you date them? Do they help you become a better person? Or do they just suck the energy out of you? Sometimes, a good man might be dying to talk to you, but he is just skeptical about the kind of friends you keep, and if they have a lot of influence on you.

Check the places you frequent
