How is part 3 different from part 4? almost seem same to me. Please clarify
Part 3 is for your current job, while 4 is for jobs you had before the one you filled in part 3.
If you don't have any job experience yet, just fill NYSC role in part 3.
It's not compulsory to fill all those spaces in part 4 if you don't actually have the experience. After all, for Assurance and Tax, no experience was required.

What if someone didn't work at all in her PPA, like there was no work portfolio, just pure joblessness?
use ur initiative to create a role. There must be a role u can giv urself, depending on wia ur ppa was. U can't go n tell the interview panel that you wia idle during ur NYSC. They'll just smile and say we'll get back to you

I really want to commend everyone that spoke after their interview, it shows our level of maturity. However, cheesy I think the response so far is a little vague like the guy who was asked that "competent based question" that threw him off balance. If no one wants to say it, please I would like to know the competent based questions asked. Not only for me bt for odas that wld read next year, other sets have helped. Hoarding might be safe bt remember interviews aren't certain. I would share mine once am done.
The structure of the interview has been explained, and no 2 interview sessions are the same. Each session of the interview is about the candidate, and who you are.
My tip remains: Be calm, smile a little and be confident.

Please house, In the personal history forms, Part 3 & 4 (ocupational experience) Those of us who don't have any working experience, are we to leave the sections blank? OR can NYSC experience be included?.
Thanks.
Fill in your NYSC experience

Had my interview today, everything has been covered already by guys.
Just try to contribute during the group discussion, don't try to bring pple's points down and be careful with time.
One on one, just be calm, smile and be confident. I've not seen better interviewers, they are nice.

And be honest in all your responses.

Hello guys, so the interview is here. The key here is confidence and a tiny little bit of smile.
They won't expect you to know everything in the world, so don't feel shaken if you can't answer a particular question.
Will be doing mine on 12th April.

Good luck guys

I'm not sure what they wanted, I sha said I don't follow rules and regulation, I don't change my behavior to suit different people & I don't get nervous before a big meeting. I like to be around people, statistical analysis, modest about my achievements & care about how people feel.

Got an invite though...Is there really a right or wrong answer for these things?
As if we gave same answers. i don't change behavior, i don't get nervous, i downplay my success, in fact everything you just said. I even said being long-term is least like me

Next batch mek una note.
