The people that live in european cities also pay taxes...income tax and municipal tax...at very very high rates. (Higher than what even tinubu is charging in his new tax laws).

That's why they can afford to keep their cities clean.

Nigeria as a country is made up of people who complain about current tax rates being high, and where the majorirty of the country is too poor to even pay high enough taxes to pay for the kind of cleaning service that we need for our cities. Oil income is even too low as well.

So, unless you want to be the ruler of this country and make people pay municipal taxes in excess of 340000 naira montly per household/house/flat....
